We rent our beach house of 170 m2 in Pleubian very comfortable and freshly restored by an architect; ideal up to 8 people. (Minimum one week in summer period)

Located in the heart of a classified site on the coast, and on the famous GR 34: the path of the customs (path of customs)
Unique in its situation; Absolute calm and tranquility with sea view and beach access!

A large garden around the house with private and direct access to the beach. Garden furniture, picnic table and barbecue available.

In the beach, at the bottom of the house you will have the chance to enjoy in peace: swimming at high tide or beautiful walks at low tide or picnic to see the sunset.
Activities all year long: hiking, biking, horses, fishing

The house has 2 levels:
On the ground floor :
- Entrance
- Large living room (living / dining room) with open kitchen fully equipped and access to the terrace and garden.
- Living room with large bay window equipped with a home theater system and HD projector.
Heating: radiators with fluids, chimney (wood provided) in winter.
Wifi broadband, appliances: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven ...

Ground floor 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath, separate WC.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet

The rooms are as follows:
- Ground floor: large double room (bed 160x200 cm) or two beds 80x200 -view garden
- Ground floor: 1 double bedroom (140x200 cm bed) - sea view
- Floor: room with bunk beds (90x200 cm)

At 1,5 km, is the beach of Pors Rand and the natural site of the groove of Talbert
At 16 km the famous village of Tréguier with its beautiful medieval architecture, its streets and its port.
At 20 km, Paimpol, with all amenities (cinema, market, shops, cafes on the port)
23 km away, you can embark on the island of Bréhat (10 minutes by boat)
Castel Meur, in Plougrescant is 24 km away.
35 km: Plouha, highest cliffs of Brittany

Our property is located 160 km from Rennes, 263 km from Nantes, 507 km from Paris by car or the TGV Paris-Guingamp (2h45 and 40 min by car)
