Cozy Cabin w/ Fire Pit, Game Room, Hot Tub near Downtown

Newer construction located in the heart of the Arts and Craft district in Gatlinburg. One quarter mile to the trolley and three quarters of a mile from Rocky Top Sports Complex. This fully professionally furnished three bedroom, three bathroom cabin comfortably sleeps 8. The exterior features Hardi siding, cedar shake and real English Mountain Stone. The interior is wood throughout, floor to ceiling Mountain Stone Gas Fireplace and hardwood floors. Granite countertops can be found in the kitchen and bathroom.
The floor plan offers an open concept with cathedral ceilings in the living room just off the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and upgraded cabinets. The main level offers a bedroom with king size bed and full bath. A second bedroom with king sized bed and full bath is off the loft area. The loft is outfitted with a sit down arcade counsel and high top table with chairs. On the lower level you will find the third bedroom with king sized bed and full bath. The lower level also features the rec room with a large screen TV, pool table, foosball table, upright arcade game and more. The game closet features a variety of board games for you and your family. The back deck also features a hot tub, gas grill and picnic table.

3 king beds, 2 queen pull out couches (one on lower floor and one in living room) and pack and play. Pull-outs are queen sized but may be most comfortable for children. Soft linens and towels included.

This property is in the woods. Although we take meticulous care of it and have regular exterminators, there are still sometimes a random insect that sneaks in, or a bear that may visit. The fire pit is wood burning, there are several places near us that sell it! We cannot refund for bad weather. Please consider travel insurance to protect your trip.

Didn't use the hot tub personally, but the kids enjoyed it. Cabin was very nice and a convenient location, we would definitely stay there again.

Kids and adults loved pool table, video games, etc. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all modern and clean. Very convenient location to Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park. We had a question about the keypad code for entry and the host responded immediately. Would happily stay here again.

The three bed, three bath floor plan was very nice for the price. We did get to see bears from the cabin in the woods behind the cabin. The hot tub was great. The owner was great to work with. It is very conveniently located to gatlinburg, making for an easy drive to the store to stock up for the week. We will definitely book this location on future trips. There were a few cons but the pros outweighed them. I just wanted to list to give a fair review. There is no gas fire place outside, if you were expecting this, it is not the case. It is a wood fire place so you will need to buy some wood or bring some with you. You will want to bring your own pillows with you on your trip. We finally had to go purchase some to be able to get some sleep. The sheets, covers, and pillows that are provided are all pretty thin.Like I said the pros are definitely better than the few cons that can easily be corrected.

Thank you for your review! You are correct, it is wood burning as noted in our listing. We use hotel brand sheets which we use at all of our properties and typically are positively reviewed and leave four king size pillows per bed but are certainly open to new suggestions of brands of sheets. We continuously strive to give our guests an amazing experience.

We had a great stay at the cabin! Our family enjoyed the game room a lot. We liked how close it was to one of the trolley pick up points that allowed us not to have to drive in to downtown.

The experience from pre-arrival communication, to the ease of checking -in, the cleanliness, coziness, and beauty of the cabin exceeded all expectations. The cabin has every amenity you could imagine, we didn’t have time to enjoy them all because we had a full agenda for our weekend, but the options were abundant!
