The space
Our house is spacious (2300 sqft), spotless, and modern. Downstairs, you will find two living spaces with all new wood floors. Upstairs, you will find 5 bedrooms with 8 beds total with plenty of space in the closet. All the rooms upstairs have new carpets (less than a year old).

Relax and watch Netflix and Hulu on our 60" TV in the living room. Cook meals for the family with our full-stock kitchen supplies. The kitchen's breakfast area opens into the living room.

The other living space is the game room which open straight to the dining room. Have fun with family and friends in the "geek corner" stocked with plenty of variety of board games (taboo, code names, cards against humanity, bang, poker set, etc). There's also a dart board.

The 5 bedrooms upstairs are clean, peaceful, and offer full comfort with memory foam beds. Because they're all upstairs, even if someone in your group sleeps early, they won't be disturbed by the other night owls. The master bedroom also has another TV with Netflix and Hulu (with HBO) accounts signed in ready to watch.

There are three bathrooms total (two full batbrooms upstairs, one half-bath downstairs). The master bathroom has a stand-up shower, bathtub, 2 sinks and a toilet room with closed door. The second bathroom upstairs has a shower bathtub, two sinks, and a toilet. The half-bath downstairs has a toilet and a sink.

Washer & dryer are upstairs. We also left laundry detergent & instructions for you to use.

The whole inside of the house is yours!

(Backyard is off-limit after 10pm though. We've had noise complaints from neighbors and would like to avoid any future issues)
