The Space:

Upon entering the home you’ll be greeted by the blue-green colors of the Atlantic and lush mangroves of the protected nature preserve.



You'll find coastal inspired two bedroom two bathroom apartment tastefully decorated kitchen, bath, furniture, lighting and bedding, including stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer.

Gather in the open concept living room with your family and play a board game from the many you will have to choose from. There is also a large flat screen television to enjoy a movie for a quiet night in.



The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed with superior 400 thread count sheets, flat screen television and step out balcony. The ensuite master bathroom has a shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and connected bathroom that features a shower/tub combo.



This condo is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet weekend in The Keys. It is also conveniently located between Islamorada and Key Largo, perfect for sport fisherman and dive enthusiast.

Your condo will come stocked with the following items in your Welcome Kit to get you started for a fun and relaxing stay in the Upper Keys: two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom; two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen; dishwashing capsules; laundry detergent capsules or liquid; one pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom; trash bags; hand soap; and dish soap



Guest Access:

Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including:



- 24/7 Front Gate Security

- Beach access from the property (beach chairs are provided)

- Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.

- Loungers, umbrellas by the pool; towels in the condo

- Two private Tennis courts

- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;

- 2 Parking spots per reservation

- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available.

The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dockmaster



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Pointe is located about 70 miles from Miami and 90 miles from Key West. The property has 24 hour security and is completely gated. Amenities include a newly renovated, junior olympic, heated swimming pool with poolside cabana bar, a 14 person jacuzzi, private sandy beach, fishing pier, snorkeling area, private cocktail lounge, cafe, oceanfront marina with boat ramp and dockage, lighted tennis courts, oceanfront gazebo, boat & trailer storage and more - all situated on 60 lush tropical acres.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is highly recommended while vacationing in The Keys.

There is plenty of parking on property for our guests ( 2 cars max - No Electric car chargers on property)

PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
