Wonderful vacation!

We just returned from our stay at this lovely condo. Everything about this place was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and affordable. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The furninshings were nice and the beds very comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Destin.

Great location at Seascape resort with all great amenities including tennis club.

A bit outdated interior but nothing can beat the ocean view. Since our family loves tennis, we enjoyed the great courts at Destin tennis club for free and participated in daily round robin matches. Hope to get back soon!

Enjoyable!

Overall great experience! First time we have been to this part of the gulf. Be prepared to rent beach chairs or get up at 5:00am to set up a tent if u want a good spot. Chair rentals take up all space in front of the buildings! We still had a wonderful time and getting up early just makes those beach days longer!

Awesome Rental

We booked this condo for a week. When we arrived we where amazed at how beautiful this unit is and the view of the gulf is awesome. The description of this does not explain how awesome this unit is. The beds where comfortable and there was everything we needed in the unit from coffee pot, iron, ect..... If we go back to FL we will book this again. Lots of room for your family there was 7 of us 4 adults and 3 children.

Wonderful View

The great price sold me and the unit is actually nicer than the pics. I was a little worried about being across the street from the beach, but the view was just like being on the sand.We were so close to it. We could hear the waves. Our bedroom even had a view. My daughters loved the indoor pool. We will definitely be back.

Property was fineā€¦ some confusion about door code .. door also didnā€™t lock automatically. A couple of ā€œlittle thingsā€ would have improved itā€¦ coffee filters, sufficient TP, etc. overall it was fine. Beds were Excellent!

Location is great!

This property is nice, but could have been cleaner. It smelled great when we got there, but the carpets were very dingy and the tile floors had crud piled in the corners. There were also crumbs under the countertop appliances. That said, I realize itā€™s difficult to keep a beach rental in top shape and the location and layout made up for the negatives. The view was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, the shower drains didnā€™t back up, and the couches have been replaced since the listing pic. Overall pleased and would stay here again!

We loved this condo but it seriously needs to be updated. It had plenty of room for all of us but light bulbs were out and never got replaced during our stay and the condo was not very clean. The cleaning people need to be adjusted if they thought that was clean. Especially when you charge your customers so much for a cleaning fee! The location was amazing! Just poor cleaning and communication.

Dirty condo!

The condo we rented was outdated, there was a dirty towel under our bed along with pieces of paper, socks left under the bed from previous guest, grizzly wintergreen wrapper left under the dresser. There was pads and tampons left in our bathroom. A towel in the other bathroom had hair on it. We are very disappointed! Especially after the money we spent.

Horrible unit

Our unit wasn't cleaned had no livingroom furniture in it the main door was opened when we arrived it was 79 degrees in the room we had to wait on rooms to go to bring livingroom set the tub and beds hadn't been cleaned didn't get a reply bk about that til day 5 had to go buy own cleaning sup and clean our tubs and beds floors were nasty dinning room lights stopped wrkn

There were many things that need repair. Kitchen counters are stained and buckling. Furniture is too large for the room with 2 beds . Mattresses were too soft. Floors needed a major cleaning and re-caulking. Faucets dripped. It needs a lot of painting. Dishes are disorganized and randomly put up. The handle to the balcony door on the inside is missing. The dust ruffles on the queen size beds are too large or not properly placed. Some of the pillows had blood stains on them and not enough linens to change pillow cases. VRBO should not be connected to this unit.

Rundown Condo

This is the worst place we have every rented. Got there after a long drive tried to check in and was given the wrong code tried to find help for almost an hr and a half because u cannot get anybody on the phone and no one works at the desk. Place was in horrible condition,. No repairs or upgrades. Very outdated. Dryer did not work. No cable only basic cable which is maybe 10 channels of which are mostly news channels. Slow internet. Pots and pans very limited and so old and torn up canā€™t use them. Also basic stuff they should have such as toilet paper and wash clothes and sponge of cloth to wash dishes , trash bags all of that kind of thing make sure you bring ur own . Dryer does not work. Everything is very old. Pillows are cheap and old so bring ur own pillows as they r useless and they donā€™t have extra pillows or blankets. And none for the sofa couch. Also make sure u have numbers wrote down before u go as we were given the wrong code to the door and had to wait an hr and a half before we could reach property manager because there is no one at front desk to help u, only a list of numbers to call if u need help ,all of which are closed at 4 or donā€™t return ur call. Worst place we have ever stayed and will never rent from them again. Very disappointed and upset over this experience with this place. I feel like we cheated out of our money as we could have stayed in a hotel that was much cleaner and nicer but we chose to stay at a condo for the amenities and comforts of home which were not provided to us for the money we paid. I Will never rent this condo or from Southern Vacation or Vrbo again.

Majestic Sun Spring Break

I have stayed here, and I LOVE the location! Steps from the beach, shopping, dining and not right in the heart of Destin, so it's not crowded. The room could use some updating, but overall had plenty of space and amenities for 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Will stay at the MS again!

Family vacation

Majestic Sun is a great property. The only thing that would prevent me from staying here again is getting checked in. Everyone is trying to get in their condo at 4:p.m. we had to wait several minutes for a luggage cart and the line for elevators were long. Overall the trip was very enjoyable.

Less than expected

On the good side : The view was amazing. Kitchen well equipped. On the "not so good " side : Carpet was extremely dirty ( not even vacuumed) Bathroom door was broken Dirty shower head and sink in one bathroom overall cleanness was just poor broken drawers in one bedroom There was no one at the concierge desk in the 7 days we spent there
