Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the brand new modern kitchen and original 100 year old refinished hardwood floors. The quaint sitting area is perfect for taking a break from the days activities. Two private bedrooms with new comfortable bedding (1 king, 1 queen) and a brand new modern bathroom make this loft the perfect space for a trip to Louisville.

**PLEASE NOTE, APPROXIMATELY 20 FEET OF STAIR CLIMBING IS REQUIRED TO ENTER THIS UNIT**

***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for all stays of 14 nights or longer. We will send in our cleaning crew to tidy up with new towels, linens, restock supplies, etc. every 14th day of your stay. RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. There were even laundry supplies available for the washer/dryer. We did not actually need them, but I thought this was a great perk. Highly recommend the property and visiting this part of Kentucky!

Awesome Locations, Perfect Place

This place was great. We received our instructions for checkin in a timely manner and we were off. Great location in a cool little neighborhood. Very safe and perfectly situated. Not far from downtown or the expo center. Amazing eating options within walking distance. Noche is literally across the street and the staff there were really nice. I would not recommend the place for anyone with mobility issues or trouble navigating stairs, but other than thet it's perfect. Really enjoyed our stay.

Fun Family 40th Birthday Adventure

We rented this place for my cousins 40th birthday trip. Myself, my husband, my cousin and her husband. We enjoyed the area mid February. We explored distilleries, museums, food, and shopping. Great location for easy access to many different areas. Everything we needed close by and within this rental.

My husband and I chose this VRBO based on its proximity to Cherokee park. We were able to walk to the walk fairly easily. The upstairs apartment met our needs and was as described online. We were satisfied.

Great place! We didnā€™t use the kitchen for anything but coffee and microwave, but it was nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Nice bathroom.The original space was apparently an attic, not a full apartment. So the layout is odd ā€” for instance, a couch in the hallway but no actual living room. But as a home base when youā€™re out exploring all day, it works just fine. The outdoor stairs are sturdy but not quite flat, and could be hazardous in winter. There is some street noise but itā€™s ok with earplugs, and it was great to be right near all the stores and restaurants. Good communication from property management and very simple check-in and out. Would stay again.

Great place in Louisville

We stayed in the unit for four nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great with tons of restaurants within walking distance. A grocery store is also nearby. We were a ten minute drive from downtown Louisville. I would definitely consider this unit next time we are in Louisville.

Nice little spot for a girls weekend getaway!

The neighborhood was adorable and the best part of our stay! We felt safe, tons of things to do nearby even within walking distance. The place was very clean, which we appreciated and all small amenities were there. I wish the size of the staircase to get in would have been mentioned. It was very steep, lots of steps, and not easy to navigate with luggage. It was also a very noisy street, so for adults it was ok, but with a small child it would have been an issue. Bedrooms were very nice and comfortable, living area was very minimal.
