Downtown Eagle River is just a few miles for local shopping and dining options as well as many events and activities. This condo is also located close to Dollar Lake with private beach access and the Snowmobile Capital of the World trail system. While this is enough to keep you busy, the Inn also hosts the Subaru Winter Driving Experience and the USA Pond Hockey National Championships.

It’s always beautiful there beautiful views

Heaven in Eagle river

We have been staying at the resort for over 25 years. Now it is 2 separate properties but still a wonderful location to relax, enjoy the beautiful area and boat!

Great northern Wisconsin getaway!

Very clean, well decorated, with full kitchen, and two baths which made it convenient for family to join us. It also provided dock for our boat to enjoy the wonderful Eagle chain of lakes! Plan to book again next year.

Review of #261

Condo was immaculate, clean and very well decorated. This is an end unit and bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need, except a pizza cutter unless we just couldn't find it. :) Living and dining rooms were very comfortable. Cable and WIFI worked great. Having full baths on both levels made for cleaning up very easy for multiple people. Bathrooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Only suggestion would be to install some nicer shower heads but not a deal breaker whatsoever. Just a word of caution that the driveway and parking lot can get extremely slippery depending upon weather conditions. The property management were friendly and did a good job salting walkways as best as possible. When we were there we were re-parking our snowmobile trailer, after unloading at front door of condo, and when going down incline from condo buildings the trailer slipped and jack knifed on the ice despite having trailer brakes and going extremely slow. This is noones fault but my own, just an observation for others to be reminded how even small icy inclines can be risky. Property is convenient to snowmobile trails, Eagle Lake and Eagle River for shopping/supplies. We enjoyed our stay despite Chanticleer Inn lodge/restaurant being closed. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Not for this price

No A/C in the master bedroom, window units only in other rooms, it was stuffy and uncomfortable on a hot day. Furniture a bit run down, would have been ok for less money, but not for these prices. When I called the number that was left for us if any questions, never got a response. Chanticleer is a bit rundown, definitely not at its former glory, and desk staff when they are available are rude. Never again, there are many other options. Oh, and not a mask-wearer in sight.

Clean, convenient, reasonable, comfortable for our vacation

We booked this townhouse last minute to join our family on vacation. Due to the corona crisis, we want to spread out from the others. We were just ten minutes from our family and from town. It was nice for 5 of us to be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and made making meals easy. Having the air conditioner in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms kept the rooms comfortable in the heat and humidity. The master bedroom had a wonderful lake breeze. Being able to wake up to the lake view was also beautiful. My husband even caught bass and pan fish off the dock. We also found out pets are allowed. Several of our family may even consider staying here in the future for all of the above reasons.
