This Luxury Villa has 4-bed rooms to serve your individual requirements. It also has one big lounge and a separate TV/Gaming area.
We have a modern open plan kitchen with a dining area and also have a separate dining room, which you are welcome to use. In addition, there is a leafy private back garden and a metal swing chair for your relaxation.
2 bedrooms have massive balconies opening to the front of the house where you can relax all day long. Three rooms are air-conditioned and bathrooms have hot water shower facilities. There are parking facilities for 2 vehicles within the property and if needed, can park outside by the road. Our house is located in a very convenient place in Colombo with lots of transport links to the part of other areas of the city. Local grocery, the bus stop is within 2 minutes walking distance.
There is a large lake called 'Diyathu Uyana' near to our house and it's about 5 minutes walk from our house. It is a well known relaxing place that popular amongst morning/evening joggers, walkers and for boat rides/ fishing. Srilankan Parliament is located here which is surrounded by this lake. There is a food court, floating restaurant, train restaurant, and market nearby in the evenings. Different kinds of restaurants are within walking distance the area including fast food. Eg: Burgerking, KFC, Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Mcdonals. There are plenty of supermarkets and shopping facilities are there near to this villa.
