This person has obviously not provided the entire story - texts and subsequent communication with vrbo indicate that not only have they disregarded the false statements but I only had to send pictures of the space and this so called ‘surveillance camera’ ...everything was once again this very sad, sordid agenda of trying to use this space for nasty things - having two masters degrees, being a mother - I know when people have nothing but hot air in them. This property has been reviewed by more than 30 percent travelers and more than 110 have booked from Thanksgiving of last year with repeat advance bookings till New Year. Police complaints - zero. I have mentioned this before and have turned down many prospective bookings - the property is not a ‘party place’, your group cannot play music till 3 am and trash the space, you’re not able to do weird things with men/women and expect that no one will know. It’s naive to expect that a classic property is not protected when it’s being booked everyday. My job is preserving this property for future bookings. If you’re going to have it trashed and then not pay for damages, then perhaps vrbo is not your platform - I’m extremely particular about who enters the space, who they bring with them and the condition they leave the property in - and this includes how they communicate with the property manager/owner.

Hi, I believe the traveler had requested 9pm - and it worked well as the property was ready by 7pm. Disclaimer - we had a break in on the property and my new keyless lock was tampered with! Thankfully 911 was able to resolve issues. Please see texts provided in the pictures which do not indicate any noise or disturbance reported to the property manager.
