Apt is open as early as December 1st. This is short term but able to extend (1-2 months).

Project Radish is a cohousing in the Temescal/Longfellow neighborhood of Oakland, a 12-minute walk from MacArthur BART. There is a hot tub, fire pit, guest room, veggie garden!

As someone living in the one-bedroom apartment, you'd have your own privacy (your own kitchen, bathroom, etc) and enjoy being able to walk out and hop into a hot tub with people you adore. Wouldn't it be cool to live next to your friends?

Your apartment sits on a 14,000 sqft lot with three buildings and a generous outdoor space. We have vegetable gardens, a free-standing wood hot tub, an RV for temporary guests, and gas fire pit. You will have access to all the things.

You'll also be invited, if you want, to hang out with the community of friends who live there! We are highly motivated people who want to do some good in this world, but low drama and easy-going. A typical Bay Area mix of creatives, tech workers, and those figuring out their next thing. We place importance on experiences rather than stuff. We are excited about the possibilities that a group of aligned, trusting people can create.

Utilities, wifi are around $50. We have a food system you could be a part of for $250 per month (all food included). A really sweet perk, but not at all required!
