THE SWEET BLUE APARTMENT

The Sweet Blue apartment is a superb four-room new fully equipped, spacious and comfortable 131 m2 (including 49 m2 of terrace) located feet in the water on the third floor in a new residence (with elevator) of high standing to Three Ilets.

The beach of Anse Mitan is at the foot of the residence at 10 meters.

From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy at table or from the lounge chairs an exceptional panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the bay of Fort-de-France.
The very well equipped kitchen with bar and island opens onto the large living room and terrace while enjoying the sea view.

This crossing apartment is naturally ventilated for the pleasure of travelers.

Travelers will enjoy the indoor lounge including a TV area with cable channels + Internet WIFI.

There are two full bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet.
A second separate toilet is present in the apartment.

After a day on the beach or exploring Martinique, take the time to relax on the terrace of the apartment while enjoying the sea view.

The master bedroom has a 160cm double bed + large wardrobe with sea view. It has an en suite bathroom (shower + washbasin) and gives access directly to the terrace with sea view.

The second and third bedrooms each have a 160cm double bed + large wardrobe with a partial sea view.
Both rooms have a bathroom with shower + washbasin and WC.

This apartment is intended for 6 people maximum.
