I loved the Victorian house with wooden floors in the HOA. As we turned the corner, we saw the blend of historic character, treelined streets, beautiful landscaping and lighting. Besides the beach activities, I loved walking our dogs around the neighborhood, sitting on the upstairs balcony among tall trees. It was nostalgic. Our family of 11 with teenagers had plenty of space and we could leave for the beach with the golfcart and one car. There is a small fenced back yard for the dogs. The location is close to many activities. The hosts were so helpful and kind. As we were on our way home, my granddaughter realized she left her AirPods behind. I called and the hosts immediately went over to get them before the cleaning service came. They mailed them back to us the very next day. The parking was good with a large garage with beach wagons, some chairs, and beach toys.

The property was beautiful, clean and well appointed. We had only one minor issue where a towel rail wasn't properly installed, but apart from that it was awesome. I would heartily recommend it.

Whole family vacation with parents, children and grandchildren. House had everything we needed for cooking and playing at the beach. Golf cart was great for all the trips to the beach. Would rent this house again. Management company was easy to work with for the rental and good communication during the stay.

We had an amazing time at the Victoria Seacret! The cutest house, best location, and the best property manager! Our golf cart was having issues and Nancy was quick to fix the problem!

The access into the house was very easy. The house was clean except the floor turned my kids white socks black. The floor needs to be replaced. The handle in one of the bathrooms was coming undone. The master bathroom on the first floor there had a problem. I called maintenance and they responded super quick and the maintenance guy Brandon was great. the day before we left the wash machine stopped working. Once again I called the maintenance and Brandon came back.. He moved the washer out and that worked so we could use it. Great location. In walking distance to the beach which was a positive. Pool was disgusting when we arrived. There was dirty socks in the pool. Sometime by Tuesday the pool was cleaned. There needs to be a skimmer at the pool.

Another Great Stay

Awesome time. This is the third time staying at this property and my entire family including the dog enjoyed it. One of the great things about this property is the property management company. They were very attentive and easy to communicate with. The little neighborhood is quiet and a very short walk to the beach and close to area attractions/shopping.
