Single storey cottage, located on the ground floor of a large house, on the heights of the village of Valsonne, between Lyon and Roanne (45 km).
Contemporary interior (concrete ceiling, large bay window, large spaces), easy access for people with reduced mobility. Entrance into living room (dining area, lounge area with sofa bed for 2 people), open kitchen fully equipped, 1 bedroom (2 beds of 90 cm convertible into 1 bed of 180 cm) with closed dressing area.
Shower room including WC.
Cot available. Sheets provided, beds made before your arrival and departure cleaning included.
Outside: covered and paved terrace with very nice view, garden furniture, deck chairs, gas barbecue, grass field, unfenced, with children's games (swing, hut with toys).
Possibility to use the common garage giving access to washing machine and dryer in common laundry with the owner

Deposit of 500 euros is required on arrival payable by check and not cashed. Check returned within 7 days after departure
