Villa Beleamy is a spectacular dream property for discerning clients seeking a modern villa designed to take advantage of the sun and the breathtaking views of Obidos Lagoon. With a construction area of 5700 square feet the villa is finished to a beautiful standard in the exclusive area of Foz do Arelho only a few minutes walk to the lagoon and beaches.
There are 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a super modern kitchen with Silkstone granite work surfaces and Miele appliances, a separate laundry room, 2 TV/ game lounges, a fitness/ work-out area, a games room for kids with plenty of toys, a 1700 square meter balcony with spectacular views over the lagoon, an open plan dining area inside, a covered outside seating area, a heated infinity swimming pool at an additional charge of EUR 150/week, a large double garage , a BBQ grill, a large sun terrace and veranda, 8 bikes for use, a playground with swing and slide, plenty of baby and kids equipment for the pool (baby and kids swim suits) and much much more…
The villa is perfectly equipped for babies and kids and makes it an ideal place for a family holiday.
Within a few minutes walk you reach the Lagoon and a sailing school with sailing, canoes, wind surfing and all water sports. The Royal Obidos golf course is 20 minutes drive. 5 minute drive to Foz do Arelho village with cafes, bars, restaurants, mini market, bank, post office and school. 5 minutes drive to the beautiful beach of Foz do Arelho and 10 minutes drive to the beach at Sao Martinho do Porto. 10 minutes drive to the A8 motorway and 55 minutes drive to Lisbon airport. The town of Caldas da Rainha is 20 minutes drive.

A very pleasant and very clean house, perfectly suited for a family wishing to fully enjoy this beautiful region of Portugal.It offers a calm and peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing, while remaining very easily accessible: the main road is only 5 to 10 minutes away.Communication with Nicki was excellent, both smooth and efficient. We had a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful, the views are amazing! The villa was very clean with shops nearby by car. Everything you need is provided with a fully furnished kitchen to make family meals. The kids facilities were great and catered to my 3 year old perfectly.

Amazing!! This Villa is exactly as described and is utterly outstanding in so many ways, resulting in it being the perfect retreat for my family for a week in June. The amazing calm space within the Villa, including the bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and on both the balcony and around the pool allowed us all to totally relax with absolutely no noise or external distractions. The Kitchen is wonderful with every single thought, utensil and level of detail considered for all your needs. We were initially concerned that there were no fans in the property to help with the lack of air con, but the metal shutters mean that during the day when out or by the pool, all rooms stayed cool and pleasant. The only issue I brought up with Nikki (host) was that the location of the Villa on VRBO website was not accurate and it is in fact an extra 15min walk further out of town at least. That said, the walk along the lagoon to Foz do Arelho takes 30mins and to the beach 40mins. The beach bars, restaurants and atmosphere are wonderful, calm and chilled. Thank you very much - it was just what we needed. Recommend.

Lovely relaxing holiday

Super nice house, you find everything you need for your holiday. Location is perfect. Enough space for the whole family. You find everything you need from cooking, digital entertainment, table soccer to the super nice pool with a lot of sun lounger. We definitely will come back for one of our next holidays.

Property was great, clean, spacious, plenty of room. Our only issue was that the neighbour opposite was having working done and the jackhammer drilling from 8.15am Monday through Friday meant we couldn’t enjoy relaxing by the pool due to the noise and dust.

Peaceful, kid friendly + well equipped

We loved our stay, the house was so well equipped for a range of children and perfect set up for a few families. Ample space and we loved exploring all the surrounding areas. It felt sleepy but there was enough to explore and do that meant we were never bored. Bike rides, the lagoon, the little local village, gorgeous towns… we can’t recommend the house ans location enough.

Lovely Family Holiday Home

Beautiful villa, with everything that you need. We loved the area, the bars and restraunts were really nice. I would say renting a car is essential as quite a bit away from the beach and shops. Would 100% recommend a stay here, lovely if you just need a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Just what we needed!

Everything we hoped for

A luxe and impressive property, that suited everything we could want in a holiday home. Very very well equipped and a good layout. The local area with the lagoon is great for young children, and the property having a play area was a fantastic plus. We had a wonderful holiday, no small part due to the great place to stay.

Just got back from a week at villa belleamy with the whole family. Villa was lovely, clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Had everything we needed with 2 small children. Location is quiet and safe. Check in and check out went smoothly, the hosts are responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend, and we hope to be back in the future :)

It was very relaxing experience. House is really spacious. It's actually better than we could expect. Contact with local host Dora was easy and fast. We had small technical issue but it was fixed directly.Info-book makes everything easy. Great villa.

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It was a great size for our 2 families. The house is very well equipped with fun things to keep the kids busy. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the Logoa and the beautiful views from the house. The beach minutes from the house was stunning! We had a wonderful time.

Our Portuguese home from home

I’ve been holidaying in Portugal down south for 40 years and we wanted to try a different area- it did not disappoint! The area is wonderful Inc the lagoon, the castle etc and we absolutely loved this villa, it made our family holiday so enjoyable, especially with all of the kids items. The villa is very comfortable and really well furnished with lovely art and decorative bits - it feels warm and like a home from home. The heated pool, the outdoor play area for the children, the bikes and toys available to use were just icing on the cake - fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bellamy! Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome package of food when we arrived. The villa itself was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.It’s perfect for families — there were plenty of toys for younger children, and having bikes available for the whole family was a big bonus. The setting is peaceful, secure, and offers lovely views. While there aren’t many local amenities within walking distance, a car is definitely recommended. The beach is just a 5-minute drive (or a 30–40 minute walk if you prefer).Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Villa Bellamy to anyone looking for a relaxing family-friendly getaway in Foz do Arelho.

Excellent in every way

Beautiful villa , so well equipped with everything one could possibly want for all ages. We loved having the bikes to ride down to the beach and the bars/restaurants there and also to ride around the lagoon which is a beautiful ride. The location was great, very peaceful yet near enough to places of interest to drive to if you wish. We had the pool heated which was a huge plus in September, great pool toys. I can’t rate it highly enough. We only had a week there but wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect family property

A fantastic property for a family! It has absolutely everything, the kids loved the toys and the pool (we paid extra to have it heated). Really clean and well equipped. Lots of great restaurants close by, and a gorgeous beach. Only negative was the Neighbours, they were jet washing until 9-10pm at night, and the noise reverberates around, got really tedious by the third night (this could just be time of year/getting ready for people to rent etc) Other than that would highly recommend great for family’s and groups lots of space and really reasonably priced. Will be visiting again!

Lovely stay in Portugal

A group of us (8 friends) have just enjoyed a thoroughly good week at this beautiful hillside luxury villa in Foz do Arelho in Portugal (1hr from Lisbon by car). The villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard and enjoys an outlook over a lagoon (off the Atlantic Ocean). The chairs, beds and sunbeds were comfortable. The pool was well maintained and heated to 27°. At an extra cost for it to be heated, this was worth it. The kitchen had everything you could ask of a modern kitchen. Loads of patio and veranda space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We enjoyed 3 BBQs on charcoal brick-built BBQ. You definitely need a car to stay here. The villa is on a hillside, with shops and restaurants all a good 10min drive. A 5min drive to the coast provides free parking for the lovely beach and bars.
