In the heart of nature, enjoy the calm of the countryside in our old farm
Champagne renovated in ecological cottage (150m²) labeled "Green Key". Our eco-gîte is
located in a very quiet hamlet surrounded by forests and meadows, right by the Lac du Der
(5 kms) with its many activities, ideal location for hiking,
cyclists or for nature observation.
We have renovated this half-timbered farm to enhance the local architecture
traditional and using healthier and environmentally friendly materials
the environment. The sober and neat decoration gives you a warm atmosphere
in an authentic setting and with all modern comforts.
Approved 4 ears for 6 people, but with a capacity of 8 with 4 bedrooms (2 beds
double and 4 single beds), our cottage can accommodate up to 10 people maximum with
sofa beds (possibility of camping on prior request).
- Ground floor: a large fully equipped kitchen (wood stove, TV), a living room (sofa bed, TV,
Bluray), 2 private bedrooms (140X190 beds), a bathroom and an independent WC.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 160X200 beds or 4 80X200 beds), a living area with 2 sofa beds and a baby bed with mosquito net (TV, DVD).

At your disposal :
A large reserved parking lot in the farmyard, a private terrace with barbecue,
500 m² of lawn (not enclosed), a flower bed of spices and large green areas
commons composed of an orchard, a garden and a wooded plot of magnificent oak trees
with cabins, hammocks and swings, numerous games for children. With a little
patience, you will observe the deer eating there in the paddock of our donkey and with
luck, they will pass in front of your terrace!

Equipment:
- Hifi: 3 flat screen televisions, 1 CD / DVD player, 1 Bluray / DVD, radio.
- Telephony: unlimited on landline in France (on request for mobiles and abroad).
- Internet (free): WIFI and a network socket (RJ45).
- Household appliances (modern and economical): dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, VMC,
fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker,
toaster, kettle, pancake / raclette machine, waffle iron, iron and ironing board ...
- Bedding: new mattresses, ecological lingerie (duvets and pillows provided, linen on request).
- Heating: electric radiators and high-performance wood stove.
- Security: smoke and monoxide detectors, railings, fire extinguisher.
- Children's games: swing, bikes, scooters, board games, books, DVDs, toys ...
- Living environment: materials and household products supplied, compulsory selective sorting, products
basic food and sanitation provided, essential oil diffuser.

Prices :
- Additional nights: pro rata to the current weekly rate
- Additional persons: pro rata to the weekly / person rate in force (beyond
6 people)

Not included in the rental price (compulsory):
- Electricity / wood: EDF blue electricity tariff: € 0.1572 / kWh in peak hours and € 0.1096 / kWh in hours
off-season (from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.). In summer, it takes around 1 € per day and per time
cold, it is necessary to plan on average 50 € of heating per week (by privileging the heating with
wood and using electric heaters in a reasonable way).
- Tourist tax: € 0.50 per person per night (child under 13 exempt)
- Pets: € 30 per stay
- Reservation costs: 10 € per stay

Additional services (not compulsory):
- Cleaning package (with ecological household products): € 60
- Linen rental (sheets, towels and household linen): € 12 per person
Each bed is equipped with a mattress cover, a duvet and a pillow per person. If you
want to bring your own sheets, we will check that each bed has a fitted sheet, a duvet cover and a pillowcase per person. By measure
hygiene and for everyone's comfort, we forbid sleeping bags!
- Firewood: 60 € per cubic meter (one cubic meter of wood will be stored near your cottage.)
- Bike rental (10 € per person the first day + 5 € per person per day
additional),
- Baby equipment (stroller, travel cot, chair, bath, changing table): € 10 / stay
- Promotion of local products (fruit juice, champagne, beer, duck, eggs ...), vegetables
from the garden, fruit from the orchard…

Rental conditions:
- Mandatory deposit: € 500 (payable locally)
- We accept last minute bookings, seasonal rentals,
business workers, animals and holiday checks.
- Open all year: rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season and during
school holidays (except in low and medium season for weekends, mid-week)
