Villa Franca is a bright and sunny two-story villa situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Franca you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the valley and of the sea. Villa Franca is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace, a private patio, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from the center of Schiazzano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store at 600 meters (660 yards) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 2.3 km (roughly 1.4 miles). You will reach Villa Franca from the parking area going up a short route that crosses the garden through a pathway and includes approximately 25 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Franca you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. If necessary, you can park larger cars free of charge or for a fee in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved). Please note that access to Villa Franca is along a 1-km (3280 feet) narrow road with bends, not suitable for cars larger than 170 cm (67 inches). We recommend to bring a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

Villa Franca has been built with vacation in mind, and, in the style of the ancient houses of this area, its walls are made of a volcanic stone called tuff, and it has large round arches on the front. The villa overlooks the green olive grove, and from its terraces you will be able to enjoy the view of the wide valley, down to the sea.


The two floors of Villa Franca are connected by an external stair. The bedrooms are on the first floor. You will reach them climbing the external stair, just like in the ancient houses of this area. The beautiful stair, made in tuff, leads to a loggia, and the three bedrooms open on this loggia.


Staying at Villa Franca you will be able to enjoy a quiet vacation in the peace and the green of the splendid hills of the Sorrentine Peninsula.


At the same time, you will be close to Sorrento, which is only 7 km (4.5 miles) from the villa, and to its tourist spots. You will be easily able to take day trips to Capri, Amalfi, Positano, Pompeii, Naples, Paestum, Caserta and its Royal Palace.
Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by imposing olive trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and an external shower. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the valley and of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the sea through a French door. The room also has two large panoramic arched windows with a view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid white majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. The bathroom has a small arched window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
First FloorTerrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the sea.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the greenery and of the valley. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
