We had a great time staying at this rental home on Marco Island. It’s an excellent place to stay with family. We brought our boat and went from Marco to the dry tortugas. The house itself is well equipped with a pool, pool accessories, a grill and lots of beach gear. We will definitely be back.

The house was perfect for our family. We were able to use the dock for our small boat for which my son used to fish and go see sunset with family and friends. The house is very comfortable having a bathroom for every room. And very spacious living room. We loved it. Looking forward to renting it again next year.

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Family loved this house! Not only does it comfortably sleep 10, but it has a pool, hot tub, a dock on a canal and 4 bathrooms. It's close to Publix and Winn Dixie, Starbucks and many restaurants. The house is super clean and has an extremely large gathering area. We brought our own boat and were so happy to see that there was easy access to the Gulf. From our dock, we saw a manatee, a large stingray and many large fish. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again

Marco - our happy place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and dock for boat rentals is satisfactory. Home was large enough and provided enough space for our group. The pool and deck space was great, but the hot tub needed to be serviced(We let the property management know). Thankfully it was summer and didn't need it. Kitchen is well stocked for you beach/boat getaway (FYI there is both a 10 cup coffee maker and a Keurig machine for the coffee drinkers as the property description is not specific on those appliances). Would stay again!

Wonderful stay on Marco Island

The house provided a wonderful vacation! The pool area was great and the kids had a blast! The owners thought of everything. We always bring our beach chairs, but they didn't even make it out of the car. No need...beach chairs are in the garage. One of my sons forgot to bring his fishing poles, but they even had 2 of those to use. The only thing that could have been better is the air conditioning in the lower 2 bedrooms. I didn't see a thermostat downstairs and those rooms stayed a bit warm, but hey...it was 100 degrees outside. It was tolerable! We rented a boat and made use of the canal and dock as well. If you have been to Marco, you already know this but this was our first time....Beach access for those not staying in a beach side condo or hotel is not very kid friendly. You have to park across the street and walk...and walk. But we came to this house because we wanted to be on the canal and explore the islands. One sort of disappointing thing about that was the boat rental place required you to stay on a boat route, but I understand why. Inexperienced boaters would run aground and I'm sure that happens frequently! Overall...a great vacation! We would come back again.

An OK Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this house 3 years ago and it’s evident it has not been maintained. We’ve been to Marco 6 years and this was our worst experience. The shower curtains have stains/are dirty. There were stains on the master bathroom mat, as well as the dining room chairs. One of the first floor bathrooms had black gunk around the shower door so we didn’t use it. The showers overall were not clean. We received a text message about the noise level being too high at 9 in the morning when the landscapers were caring for the property. The pool has missing some tiles and spackling. The hammock was ripped upon arrival so we replaced it so we had something to use. I would be disappointed if I was the owner of this property and the lack of maintenance.

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback, Alexandra. We apologize that the property did not meet your standards. Had you informed our agency about these issues, we would have sent housekeeping and maintenance to address them immediately, just like we did with the minor plumbing issue you reported. The upholstery and carpeting are professionally cleaned every quarter to ensure cleanliness. The pool company is scheduled to repair any missing tiles and grout next month after season. The hammock has since been replaced. Once again, Alexandra, we appreciate your valuable feedback and look forward to hosting you again in the future!

perfect for our family of 7 plus grandparents plus dog

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental home was a great fit for our stay in Marco - 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was just fantastic, plus the little play room worked as a "bedroom" for our youngest kiddo. The management is great, responsive, and highly communicative about expectations and reminders for trash day, the noise restrictions for Marco, etc. Would highly recommend for family and friends looking to stay in this area. The only deduction in stars for cleanliness was regarding some spider webs high up in corners, likely harder to spot for the cleaning crew (easy to fix). The pool and patio area was fantastic allowing both sun and shade for most of the day- and we spotted a dolphin, a stingray, some jellyfish, and a manatee mom and baby in the canal! We really enjoyed our stay!

December trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool wasn’t heating and didn’t get to use for first three days. Hot tub didn’t work for first two days. Both were fixed but multiple days without both put a damper on the trip. The house overall was very nice and clean. Bedrooms each had their own bath. Towels were high quality not the usual cheap hotel towels.
