Casa Pegaso A is a welcoming apartment built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps ten people. It is approximately 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and broadband Internet access through Ethernet LAN.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Sorano, where you will find shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards) and a grocery store at 800 meters (880 yards).
Casa Pegaso A is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Pegaso A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

The Pegaso apartments are 24 apartments that are part of a big complex, located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, close to the small medieval village of Sorano.


The complex is surrounded by a beautiful 2-hectare park. It is set in the midst of a boundless countryside, where olive trees and grapevines mingle with thick woods and centuries-old oak woods.


You will find many attractions in the complex: a large swimming pool, a playground for children, a tavern with view on the park, a typical Tuscan cellar which has been dug into the tuff and a barbeque area.


The complex also features a soccer field and a volley filed (the smaller size like for footsal and for beach volley).


Indeed, one of the most exciting amenities of the complex is the spa where you will have the possibility to enjoy saunas, turkish baths, massages, water massages and much more, for an extra fee.


If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, do not forget to visit the Terme di Saturnia or Terme di Sorano!


Instead, if you are looking for a more active holiday, or if you want to relax and do some physical activity at the same time, I would suggest you not to miss hiking in these lands which are rich in natural beauties. If you are fond of trekking, there are several paths to go that will let you discover the beauty of the Area del Tufo (the tuff region). While trekking, you will be able to visit the ruins of ancient villages, the vie cave (Etruscan streets which are deep channels cut into the rock) and the necropolis and enjoy the beauty of the pristine landscape of the Tuscan Maremma.


It is the ideal place to have whatever kind of holiday you like. This splendid place offers relax, nature, sport activity and culture. The marvellous art cities are not far from here.

Swimming Pool 1
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Swimming Pool 2
The swimming pool has a diameter of 10 meters (33 feet). It is heated. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will have a pleasant view of the Tuscan hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness room with bathroom
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden. In the wellness room you will find a sauna and a Turkish bath. Here you will also find a heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and large fully-enclosed shower. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
 Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small green area at the back of the house through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small green area at the back of the house through a French door.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
