Your grandparent's ski house with 6 person hot tub, fireplace (Vail STR #017762)

Located at the top of East Vail, north side of highway and more light than valley floor properties elsewhere in East Vail this family home offers 4 bedrooms/4.5BR, a wood fireplace, television with basic cable, wireless Internet, parking for 3 vehicles and a kitchen with gas cook-top. The amenities of "home" because it is my family's home. If you are traveling with small children there is a pack-n-play, high chair and child-safety minded details around the house. No street lights so plenty of stars to enjoy from the hot tub apres ski.

Regras da propriedade

Please observe shoes off policy in the house. There's a landing from the garage entrance where shoes with snow, road salt, bar grime; front door too.
Next door neighbors have a 5 year old child in the house; have the greatest time + please keep noise down after 9pm to let neighbor's kid sleep.
Please never leave a burning fire in fireplace either when leaving house or when going to bed. Please make certain any coals are cool to the touch.

Road trip 2021

We had an amazing time in vail. The VRBO was great, the host was very helpful! Everything we needed was there. Host responded quickly and had great recommendations!

Convenient Location & Beautiful View

Very easy to find and access. Close proximity to Vail Ski Resort. The house was perfect for all of us and being in the hot tub at night while it snowed was an amazing experience. The owner left us coffee and wine which was a great touch.

Comfortable place & kindest host

The house was perfect for a group of 6 for skiing at Vail. The hot tub and stars were the highlight and everyone had their own bathroom in their rooms - cannot imagine a better place to stay in Vail. William was the kindest host I've ever met and helped us figure out how to navigate a record snowstorm & I70 closing. This was definitely one of our favorite VRBO's we've ever stayed at!

Mountain Base

William's house provided an excellent home base for my friends and I during our week in the mountains. As a host he was very helpful and available to answer any question that arose for us during our trip. It was so nice to come back to a hot tub each night after a long day on the slopes. The ample sleeping space meant we had no problem accommodating the couples in my group as well as those who were travelling solo. We had a little trouble getting the charcoal grill to light, but I chalk that up to inexperience with grilling at altitude (I would recommend grabbing extra lighter fluid if you will be grilling). That all said, anyone looking for a comfortable spot to retreat to after a day in the mountains would be very happy with the place.

East Vail Ski Haus

Excellent location , sunshine in east Vail, large and well equipped kitchen, beautiful deck and enjoyied the hot tub, garage and plenty of parking, many bedrooms and separate baths, and CLEAN. Great communication with Ben, the owner. Definitely looking forward to next year.

Wonderful family vacation

We enjoyed the comfort of the home, the wood burning fireplace and the availability of a private hot tub. There was also plenty of room to entertain with a large kitchen if we decided to stay at home for a meal. The convenience of the location allowed us to visit and ski Beaver Creek, Vail, Copper Mtn and Keystone.

Nice, quiet condo

The property was exactly as advertised and there were no surprises. The condo is very large and comfy and the rooms are big. The quantity of bathrooms made for getting ready quick and the large kitchen was great for eating in. We truly enjoyed the week in Vail.

Great place, very large, also each room has its complete private bathroom makes it a huge plus

Really recommend, owner has great communication at all times. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back
