This oversized loft-style apartment features high-end furnishings and offers the best views of the area. We are only a few minute walk to Kennedy Plaza Bus Hub, Convention center, Financial District, College Hill, Federal Hill, Outdoor Ice Skating Rink and the Providence Place Mall.

THE SPACE

Cozy 3rd apartment with 1 memory foam queen bed, two twin memory foam. The layout is separated for added privacy. We offer amenities as coffee, tea, chocolate etc. The apartment has windows in the living room that provide a great view of downtown.

GUEST ACCESS

The apartment is located in smill hill close to downtown. The neighborhood often has events and parking is typical for a downtown of a capitol city with street meters & parking garages.

Proper 2 bedroom apartment in Providence

This apartment was great. large, 2 full bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen all separate! Good communication with owner, easy access to town, and located in a city fringe area.

This was a very cozy apartment. Very clean. The seating in the living room was a bit limited and uncomfortable. The bedrooms were perfect for what we needed. Air conditioning was great! The kitchen was nice but no stove available, just a cooktop. The parking space was very tight and barely fit our Honda Civic enough so that other vehicles could get around it to park. Communication with the host was great. Very responsive and helpful.

Left early

The house was very dusty and dirt behind everything. There was a weird smell coming from the basement door and the neighborhood did not seem safe. We checked out of the VRBO a day early because we felt unsafe. I think this place would be ok for a couple of adults but definitely not a family stay.

Kimberly, We would have liked to know that you had a discomfort. We had no complaints about the smell from the basement, in fact, it is a very clean space. Our tenants on second and third floor are honest and had working people, they have lived with their kids for years and we never had any complaints. I am very sorry that your stay was not as expected.

Used the location as a base for going to a concert.

Exactly as it was described. We didn't realize there was a soap dispenser at the sink. Figured it out after we bought soap and sponges. Got a workout on those stairs. Other people in the house were friendly as well as neighbors. Definitely a growing area. Good local food choices.

Providence stay

The property is as listed. The host is very responsive and checks in. The actual apartment is in top of an older house. It is three flights up and the steps are very steep. There are some cleanliness issues but nothing horrible (dust, dirt in drawers). The refrigerator is in the dining room and there is no oven. Parking is a challenge with a very small garage and tight driveway. However, we felt safe and had a lovely stay.

Stayed for a weekend visit to attend a wedding and wanted to be close downtown. Read a review by Kathy P. Prior to booking. Her review is 100% spot on. If stairs are a problem for you pass on this property. If renting a car make it a subcompact to access the garage comfortably. Apartment was clean. Don't expect high end appointments. Neighborhood was good and looks to be on an upward swing. Proximity to downtown just a short drive (just a little to far to walk for us) Patti S

Other reviews noted the property as filthy, in an unsafe neighborhood, and uncommunicative property owner. After reading the reviews (I had booked the apartment before these reviews were done) I contacted owner and he addressed each of my concerns with patience. There were very few cleanliness issues, I found the apartment very acceptable. I checked out the crime rates before I left for my trip and the area did not have reports of crime. The apartment is triple decker in a middle class neighborhood within a mile of an old city, do not expect green lawns. The property description plainly states it is on the third floor, the stairs are those fitting of a 100 year old house. If you have problems going up and stairs, this place is not for you. Finally, there is covered parking; however, it is a small garage. It will fit an SUV, but you will need to fold in your driverside mirror for a more comfortable fit. Remember, this is an older working class neighborhood. I was comfortable in the apartment, and actually enjoyed the vibe of the apartment.

Don’t stay here

Pubic hair all over the shower/tub. Bathroom mats were disgustingly dirty. There were no curtains on any of the windows expect the living room. There was molding missing on multiple doors. A couple of the outlets looked like they were ready to pop out. This is a 3rd floor apartment in a very bad part of the town which was not indicated in the listing. The listing stated there was off street parking, the owner never clearly stated where to park. We didn’t end up staying a single night. I asked for a refund and got no reply.

Sorry Shaun but your comment is completely out of place and lacks truthfulness. Our place has a highly rate about providing great stays to our guest with sparkling clean notation in other rental website. You really know that you found the apartment in really good shape. You leave the apartment about 7 hours after the checking. You checked at 3pm and about 10pm we sent you a message in a really polite manner about the parking, because You were in the wrong spot, not a big deal. Your response in a demanding manner back complaining about the parking, and said you were leaving the apartment because "the parking was a lie". Really? After you leave the apartment close to 11 pm we checked the apartment. You used all the premise, bathroom, towels hanging all over the place, garbage can full ... a REALLY MESS!!! We have proof of all that we mentioned before. We contact immediately customer support by phone and notify the case. They suppose to call us to follow up but they never do that. We really care about our guest requirement and try to do business in the fair possible way. WE DO NOT OFFER SOMETHING THAT WE DO NOT HAVE. In this case, a better communication and fair response were help us to end in better way for both sides.

Good Spot be clear on expectations

Overall, we had a good experience with this property. It is close to the highway, downtown and other amenities. The back door top lock didn't lock, the apartment could have used a more through cleaning, we never were able to access the wifi and lastly when we extended the rental by one day the renter nearly doubled the price.
