Quail Hollow is an oceanfront condominium complex sitting high on the dunes of Crescent Beach. Located only 15 minutes south of historic St. Augustine and only 2 miles south of St Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach is one of the absolute best and most serene beaches in Northeastern Florida. It offers great surf fishing, sunbathing, dolphin watching and miles of gorgeous beaches to walk, bike or drive on. Our long, private beach access winds over the dunes, giving you a breathtaking nature walk every time you go to the beach. We have a beautiful swimming pool, outdoor grill, and a sense of community as well as privacy. You're going to love your stay here!

Our unit is conveniently located steps away from the pathway that takes you directly to the private beach where you can unwind and cast your cares away. It is also steps away from the pool, outdoor grill, and picnic area (you can see it from our balcony!).

Once inside, you will find all the comfort and conveniences of home. The condo has been renovated with new furniture, two Smart TVs, free wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. When you’re ready to unwind, get comfy on the living room couch (also a sleeper sofa) or lean back in the recliner. If you wish to stay in and cook, our kitchen offers all the amenities of any modern space. The large farmhouse dining room table is a great place for meals as well as board games. We are in close proximity to several grocery stores.

Pack light because we’ve got you covered. In the closet you will find beach gear, including beach chairs, floating pool noodles, beach towels and a boogie board. Your kids are going to love it, not to mention the money and space you will save!

The master bedroom has a King Size bed with a brand new gel top memory foam mattress. It also features a private reading area with a twin day bed, and of course a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a brand new Roku Smart TV providing access to cable as well as streaming services like NetFlix, Hulu, and YouTube TV. We also offer the option to convert the twin beds into a King bed for those who prefer to snuggle.

When you’re ready to venture out, you’ll be extremely close to shopping, dining, and golfing. A visit to historic St. Augustine is a must. From dining to breweries to historic tours, there is much to do. Visit the Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the continental U.S., before choosing one of the delicious eateries nearby. Flagler College is less than 20 minutes away, making this condo an excellent home-base for visiting parents or prospective students! For a close day trip, consider the Kennedy Space Center in Port Canaveral or Walt Disney World which is less than two hours away.
