Villa Maestosa is an elegant and welcoming two-story historical villa built in the 19th century, surrounded by a wonderful age-old garden. It sleeps ten people. It is approximately 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Sermide, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation.
To stay at Villa Maestosa, you will need a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars.

Villa Maestosa is also available for small private celebrations.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the patio along a short walkway that cuts through the garden. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 8000 square meters (86000 square feet). It is shaded by century-old trees. It is equipped with deck chairs.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
You will be able to enter the first living room from the entrance hall. The floor is paved with characteristic terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant and refined, featuring some antique pieces, and include sofas and armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the garden.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the entrance hall and from the first living room. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include two sofas, four armchairs and a desk. The room has two windows overlooking the street below.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the entrance hall, from the corridor and from the kitchen. The furnishings are classic, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The room has two windows with a view of the garden.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room and from the corridor. The ceiling of the kitchen has characteristic exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio with a view of the garden. The room also has two windows with a view of the garden.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a window overlooking the street below. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. The half-bath has a window overlooking the street below. You will be able to enter it from the corridor.

The furnishings of the living room are classic, featuring some antique pieces, and include a sofa and two armchairs. The room has a window overlooking the street below.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor through an access area. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair and a desk. The room has two windows with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair and a desk. The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has three windows with a view of the garden and of the street below, and it's equipped with an air conditioning unit.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor through an access area. It has two wooden twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has two windows with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning unit.

You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window overlooking the street below, and it's equipped with an air conditioning unit.
