Casa Mariabetta B is a graceful apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Casa Mariabetta B you will enjoy a nice view of the sea and of Taormina at a distance. Casa Mariabetta B is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Letojanni, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the local bus Letojanni - Taormina line. You will find the closest beach at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet).
Casa Mariabetta B is located on the third floor of a three story building. You will reach it walking past a small entrance gate and along a short walkway that includes approximately 36 stairway steps. Because of the railway track at 50 meters (160 feet) and because of the road behind the house, at times some noise can be heard.
To stay at Casa Mariabetta B you will need a car. You will be able to park it nearby, free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Casa Mariabetta apartments are part of a complex consisting of five apartments. Only 150 meters away you will find the beach, where you will spend your days relaxing lying in the sun or strolling by the shore.


The complex is only few miles away from the picturesque and enchanting town of Taormina, where you will enjoy your nights out and your romantic dinners in one of the many characteristic restaurants in town.


This is also a good starting point for your excursions along the eastern coast of the island.

 Terrace 1
The first terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the sea and of Taormina at a distance.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the bedroom. In the terrace you will find a washing machine (hidden by a curtain) at your disposal. From the terrace you will have a view of the surrounding buildings, of the street below, of the greenery and of the sea.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window with a view of the other buildings. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. The bathroom has a double-glazed window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
