Casa Eralda is a bright and sunny apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Eralda you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Casa Eralda is 85 square meters (915 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, two panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards) including 60 stairway steps. You will reach Casa Eralda from the street level going up a 250-meters (820-feet) public walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 180 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Eralda. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 250 meters (270 yards), free of charge in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Terrace 1
The first terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola and by a pergola with a characteristic bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

Terrace 2
The second terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Garden with jacuzzi pool
The garden is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It features an above-ground inflatable jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October. The garden is partly shaded by trees and by an awning. It is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season.
Living Room
The living room is paved with characteristic terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea and of the terrace. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has no windows.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid white majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid white majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
