Casa Idea C: A welcoming apartment.

Casa Idea C is a welcoming apartment. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private terrace and a shared garden.
You will be in the center of Ascea Marina, where you will find restaurants and shops.
Casa Idea C is located on the top floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up two flights of stairs (approximately 26 steps).
To stay at Casa Idea C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a parking space.

Available for a fee, if desired:token for washing machine or dryer EUR 5.00/token;baby bed EUR 25.00/week;pets EUR 35.00. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 150 (it is returned to you at check-out).

Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table and chairs. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.  Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the courtyard and of the surrounding houses through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the courtyard and of the surrounding houses through a double-glazed French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the courtyard and of the surrounding houses through a double-glazed French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
