Villa Prestigio Grande is a charming three-story historical villa situated in an elegant eighteenth-century building. It sleeps 31 people. From Villa Prestigio Grande you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Umbrian hills. Villa Prestigio Grande is 900 square meters (9700 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two panoramic private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Spoleto, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and the bus stop at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles). You will reach Villa Prestigio Grande from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Prestigio Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Villa Prestigio Grande is a beautiful historic mansion dating back to 1700 located a few kilometers from Spoleto and with a splendid view over the Umbrian hills. A lovely setting, almost magical that takes you back in time.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers, a gazebo, an hammock and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Umbrian hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 185 square meters (1990 square feet) large. The terrace is equipped with a sofa, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a marvelous view of the Umbrian hills and of the garden.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the hills.
Patio
The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 22000 square meters (237000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by imposing trees and by gazebos. The garden is equipped with sofas, as well as with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Umbrian hills.

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the dining room and from a secondary entrance of the villa. It is professional-grade, equipped with a nine-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a counter refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden.
