Appartamento Ermes B is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps five people. It is approximately 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a wide shared terrace, a shared patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Locri, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at roughly 700 meters (770 yards).
Appartamento Ermes B is located on the ground floor in the main building. You will reach it from the street level without having to climb any steps.

Terrace
The terrace is 55 square meters (590 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the nearest building and, partially, of the sea at a distance. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a sofa. The kitchen has a window. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. The room has a small high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through an access area.
