Appartamento Ermes C is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a wide shared terrace, a shared patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Locri, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at roughly 700 meters (770 yards).
Appartamento Ermes C is located on the first floor in the main building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 16 steps.
To stay at Appartamento Ermes C you will need a car. You will be able to park it nearby, free of charge or for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Terrace
The terrace is 55 square meters (590 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the nearest building and, partially, of the sea at a distance. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room has a window. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through an access area.
