Incredible view direct oceanfront Pet Friendly Condo located on the 2nd Floor with built in grill on balcony. This large 2350 sq ft home features 2 masters, a huge oceanfront balcony with sweeping views of the ocean and the resort pool. The 3rd bedroom is set up with 2 sets of bunk beds allowing for a full 10 guests to sleep comfortably. The chefs kitchen boasts granite counters, wood cabinetry, top-of-the-line stainless appliances and all the extras like blender, Keurig Coffee Maker, and more. Flat screen TVs in the family room and the bedrooms allow for everyone to enjoy the time off the beach.

The amenities in the Ocean Vistas building are unrivaled. Downstairs you have an ocean-side pool, hot tub and fire pit. Other amenities include an incredibly well equipped fitness center, club room with large TV, pool table and catering kitchen.

Exceeded expectations!

This was by far one of the best trips we’ve been on, a lot to do with the condo and complex. We typically prefer the Gulf but would DEFINITELY do this again! The condo itself was AMAZING! Provided everything from spices, all things necessary to cook, coolers, beach toys, a canopy and the patio is enormous! Our family enjoyed the food truck and ice cream trucks daily on the beach with very affordable pricing! Honestly, can’t say enough! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely great time in daytona. Ocean vistas is a beautifully maintained property. The condo was fantastic. Very spacious, clean, decorated well. Would definitely stay again if we come back to daytona

Two master suites

Great place to stay. Condo was very nice and well equipped. Loved the balcony. Very comfortable outdoor furniture. We utilized it more than anything else. It was a must have as I took my elderly mother who can’t take beach walks but the beach and waves are her happy place so the balcony was perfect. Give it a 10 out of 10!

Family Vacation

I love to stay at Ocean Vistas. This was my 3rd year. Great location, well taken care of and perfect for a home away from home. Management is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or problems. My family loves coming here and the grandkids can't wait to return. I'll be going back every year!

Fantastic condo

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The condo was beautiful and the balcony was huge. We were taken on a tour of the facility and our condo when we arrived (which has never happened anywhere else we have stayed). We were treated so well and enjoyed our stay. Definitely a place to go back.

Best condo ever!

7 of us 4 adults and 4 kids spent a week here. So much room to spread out. Balcony was huge and had plenty of shade by 10:00. We could sit there and see kids at beach and pool and enjoy the shade. I was happy to see a shower chair and high toilet seat that made my life easier. Kitchen very well equipped. Beds comfortable. Communication with condo crew before the trip and checkin was helpful. Overall best vrbo we have rented in last 10 years. Don’t like the Saturday to Saturday rental but otherwise we were very happy. Hope to go back next year.

Great time in Daytona

We stayed here for the first time on this side of the state. Our kids loved the pool and the beach. It was easy to get to both and we had a great time. I loved the grill on the balcony. It was so nice to be able to cook right there and not have to run down to a common grill and wait for my turn and then rude the elevator back up with my food. We all loved the space. We had so much room. It was a wonderful vacation and we would love to stay here again.

Best Trip!

We go Daytona every year or every other for past 14 years, we are from Ohio. We always rent a condo on Atlantic St. This condo was BY FAR the best one we’ve ever stayed in! Absolutely beautiful and clean. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. Million dollar view! We will be back for sure! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else now!

Right on the beach!

Really enjoyed our stay. Was disappointed that we were not able to use the ramp leaving the property to access the beach. Had to go around to the side of the building, which wasn’t difficult for most, but we had seniors in our party. Would have been great if the condo had at least one handicap bathroom but we managed. The customer service was great & we will return but to a different unit.

Great Condo!!

This was the best vacation I've had in years. The condo was clean and very impressive. The pictures in the listing don't really do the place justice. Our check-in was smooth and Melissa was great the entire week. We lost A/C halfway through the week, but Melissa was on it and got someone out to get it back up and running in no time! She was always there if we needed anything. The teenagers had a great time playing pool or working out in the gym on rainy days. Overall, I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

The room was just the right size for three couples and children. The rollaway cots were perfect for the grandchildren. They all stayed in the master suite with me and let their parents have the smaller rooms. Kitchen was perfect for the amount of people we had in our condo. Views from the balcony were wonderful. I can't think of a thing I would have changed or done differently. The third floor was perfect for the kids to watch the pool and beach activities and not too high that they were hanging over the edge. Our host was gracious to help with any needs ahead of our trip and the location was very convenient to many activities and great food. We really enjoyed our stay!

This condo is beautiful

This property was fantastic for our family 7. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The only thing that could have been an issue (after the check in wait) was that the 3rd "bedroom" did not have a closet or dresser, and the kids had to share the bathroom with their parents in the master. We did have to wait in a parking lot across the street from the complex for about 30 to 45 minutes before they called us to check us in. But with all that said we could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. The furnishings were very nice and clean, the beds and pillows were nice and comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need. But the part we enjoyed the most was the balcony right on the ocean! It was the the largest we have ever had vacationing.

Family Trip

We took our kids, 15-19, and their friends to the beach. The condo location was perfect, with a wonderful pool and easy beach access. They had everything you could possibly need already there. Just bring food and a bathing suit. I personally enjoyed the oversized deck and view. The only downside is if you have teens probably not the best place. Ours forgot their coverups at the pool and went to condo for lunch. A gentleman approached them and said they were being inappropriate and needed to wear a coverup or shirt. We had a nice note from same the next morning taped to the door. It wasn’t intentional they just forgot. Was told checking in the next door neighbor would complain if any noise. The weather was perfect and aside from them approaching my kids the stay was great.

Absolutely breathtaking

By far this was the best vacation rental we have ever had. Rooms are spacious, far away from each other so you have plenty of privacy. Decor throughout the condo is beautiful. The balcony overlooking the ocean was breathtaking. Communication with Kaylee and the check-in/checkout process was flawless. Security and amenities top notch! I also want to give thanks to the superintendent of the condominium building. My son locked the bathroom door in his room and I basically had a meltdown. I messaged Kaylee at 7:30 in the morning and she was so understanding and accommodating. Within minutes someone was at my door. He was also very understanding and compassionate. My son has Autism and my concern was not getting this resolved in a timely manner. This happened on our first day and so all the worst case scenarios entered my mind. They both put my mind at ease and I'm so very thankful for that. We will definitely be returning and making this an annual tradition. I love the property so much that when we met a family on the beach I ended up giving them a tour and they fell in love with it as well.

Beautiful Property

It’s a beautiful property. The location, beach, amenities…everything. The beach access stairs were washed out from a recent hurricane, but it wasn’t a big deal to take a road right outside. There were a few sticky, loud doors, but our main complaint was the dryer. It ruined several articles of clothing. They would come out with a big black grease stain and sometimes a hole burned into it. After 10 days we were running out of clean laundry, but didn’t dare use it anymore. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Peace and beauty

We loved everything about this condo. The patio so close to the water is probably my favorite. I watched the sunrise there every morning. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is great for cooking large meals. Easy access to the gym, game room and walkway to pool & beach.

This property is NOTHING short of amazing ! It is equipped with everything you need ! They have supplied every kitchen gadget that you could possibly need ! The living room furniture is SO comfortable… and with the ocean view from the open concept living/kitchen area - it’s just absolutely beautiful. We fixed a lot of meals using the outdoor grill on the patio…. Played lots of games & had karaoke as well ! It was SO accommodating for our large family And many friends who came by to visit us while we were in the sunshine state. I’m Quite sure we will be using this lovely condo again !

New favorite vacation spot

Property was AWESOME! It was not very crowded, the traffic was very light, therfore we had no issues getting around. Condo building and parking garage was very secure. We actually left our beach items in the garage next to our car instead of dragging them up to the room each day. Seemed like most renters were doing the same and none of our beach items went missing. Condo and balcony were very large and spacious. The grill on the balcony was great. We only ate out twice since we could cook on the balcony. The pool does close about 20 minutes before dark. They are strict about the pool. Kids didn't like that about the pool, but it was peaceful. There is an outdoor gas fire pit that can be used after dark though. There are plenty of elevators. We never waited more than a couple of minutes for an elevator. We had a great vacation and we will return.

Concert trip

Bathroom showers are poorly designed, and dangerous for people with mobility issues. Kitchen layout is bad, making it difficult to use. Noise from the pool is overbearing for most of the day (probably not as bad on higher floors). Overall very nice, but the bathroom issue is a deal breaker.
