This 2 story cabin with wood siding is a mountain vacation dream come true! The home features a riverfront location, 3 bedrooms, one on the first floor and two on the second floor, leaving the downstairs area boasting a beautiful open floor plan! All 3 bedrooms have Queen size beds in them and there is a full-size futon in the living room. The upstairs features plush carpet and the downstairs area features beautiful light wood floors. There are two full baths to accommodate all the guests that choose this beautiful home for their mountain getaway.

The home comes with smart TVs, a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking desires. It's the perfect property for remote workers because of the high speed wifi.
Enjoy the charm of this home with such features as hand-carved bears in the posts of the staircase, wood ceilings, stone gas fireplace, and exposed wooden beams.

All rooms have ceiling fans, so no need to pack the fan, for those that love having a constant breeze. If you venture out to the back of the home, you’ll find private river access to the Red River just a few feet away from the back porch. The back porch also offers a smoker grill that is available to guests during the stay. Grab your fishing poles and do a little fishing while you visit.

The backyard has a fire pit for all your roasting desires like marshmallows and s’mores. The patio has full coverage so you may enjoy the outdoors in the rain, snow or sunshine. One of the best parts about this large covered patio is the porch swing! Nothing like enjoying a cool day or brisk night swinging on the back porch as you enjoy a drink or two while listening to the sounds of the river. If you enjoy grilling, you can do that too. This home has a smoker and a propane/charcoal grill that are both covered. The cabin is also a short walk to the Red River Ski and Summer area (or free trolly service is available). This home away from home really has it all!

**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
