Great Kitchen with top end appliances, double oven. Full rack of spices and cooking oil is left for your convenience.

The breakfast nook has 4 stools at the bar and 4 chairs at the table. The formal dining room seats 8 comfortably - there are 2 additional chairs upstairs.

Master bathroom has a double size jacuzzi tub, with large walk-in steam shower. Great for winding down and relaxing.

All bedrooms are equipped with high quality mattresses and covers for your best sleeping experience. All sheets are 650-minimum thread count. All three bathrooms have large bathtubs with shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.

Outdoor full size heated pool, with jacuzzi spa, and golf practice green. Pool is heated for your convenience. However, on the rare days when temperatures stay below 50 it will not stay on. That can be a few weeks out of the year.

Covered patio and lounge chairs and gss fire pit. Barbecue for outdoor fun. Stainless steel barbecue grill with propane tank provided.

The upstairs loft is equipped with a foosball table. Office desk and printer.

The living room has a 65” LED HD TV and gas fireplace.

Parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. 2 in garage
Minutes from the heart of Queen Creek, you can enjoy all sorts of shopping and restaurants - all within 5 minutes from the house. You can also enjoy fast delivery from many nearby restaurants.

Located in the villages at Queen Creek inside the Las Colinas golf course. Golf course clubhouse available to guests. There are many great golf courses in the area for all skills and pricing. Enjoy a round at our local Los Colinas Golf club and take advantage of the clubhouse exercise, tennis, pool and weight rooms as part of your stay.
a short drive from the Arizona athletic grounds, Schnepf Farms and Horseshoe Park Equestrian
Direct access is available to hike and walk throughout the entire area with access just across the street. You can bike or walk for miles, with adjoining parks along the way.

We love this house. It was perfect for our group. 5 BR - well laid out, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked, pool, hot tub and putting green. Our hosts thought of everything! Can’t wait to return next year!

We had the best time visiting the area for my niece’s wedding. The house was perfect with plenty of room. So much in the area as far as shopping. The hosts were very responsive and went the extra mile when they found an earring that was left behind and messaged me to see if one of us left it and Dennis offered to send it to us. 5 out of 5 stars!

This is an amazing property. The hosts were extremely easy to work with and the amenities of the property were outstanding. The whole house is top notch as far as features and added bonuses that make it feel like home.The pictures in the listing did not do the backyard justice. It is excellent. The pool, hot tub, and patio was our favorite spot.This is a perfect home for a family or, in our case, two families, to spend the holidays. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Highly recommend to others and hope to return again soon.

Everything was absolutely amazing. There was no want for amenities, as everything was provided for a truly stress-free stay. Although we were in town for a memorial for my brother, the house provided a relaxed atmosphere for us to be together. It felt like being at home but it was your home.Dennis and Jeanne are the ultimate hosts and we were truly blessed with the accommodations. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Absolutely incredible experience! Gorgeous, pool, hot tub, and kitchen! All of the beds were SO soft and comfortable. The whole family slept great!Extremely gracious host & responded promptly. They also stocked the house with spices, condiments, toiletry items, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies,and pool toys!We stayed here (played here) for a month while living between houses and had the best family time. Fully stocked kitchen - we had many family dinners.

Retired friends revisit Queen Creek

This was our second stay at this beautiful 5 bedroom home. As before, we had everything we needed and loved the pool and backyard area. We hope to return someday. Our hostess Jeannie was wonderful to work with.

Convenient Queen Creek Location

Great back yard. Completely enjoyed the heated pool, as mid March temps were below normal during our stay. Plenty of bedrooms for our family. The large and well equipped kitchen allowed for easy preparation of multiple meals. Enjoyed that the drive to many restaurants and shopping was short.

The house is beautiful and very well stocked. Great neighborhood and location. Very close to a walking path which we used almost daily. Dennis and Jeannie were wonderful to work with. Will definitely rent from them again!

Relaxing

In town for work and this house is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plenty of space for the crew and a nice kitchen for preparing meals. The house is actually better than it looks in the photos. It’s a very nice and comfortable home. I plan to return to the area in a few months and I will make every effort to stay in this house again.

Family Vacation

This was a perfect trip. The house was amazing and very family friendly. This was the first property that I have been in that the kitchen was FULLY stocked. So nice to be able to cook with all of the comforts from home. The pool was incredible. Perfect temperature and so enjoyable. This was by far one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Our Favorite Place!

A group of us(6) are retired teachers from Oregon/Washington who travel every April to Arizona. We have stayed at many homes but none as nice as Jeannie and Dennis’ place. We wanted for nothing in this spacious, well furnished, and very clean home. The heated pool, backyard area and hot tub were wonderful. Plans are to return in 2024.

Great house & Location

This is a great house, very large for even multiple families with enough room to spread out as well as socialize. Very clean and lots in the area for shopping. The pool was very clean and fun for everyone.. The only downside is there is zero shade near the pool and hot tub. With scorching Summer days, shade is really needed. There is an umbrella in the pictures, but for some reason it wasn't out or available during our stay. It would be great to have a few umbrellas to move around the pool to have some shaded areas during the day.

Sheila and guests were great. Regarding the shade critique it’s correct. We had a nice shade but it was left open during a storm and was damaged. Need the shade at this time of year and we tried to have it repaired but took too long. Sorry for that and we are replacing it now. Thank you for reminding us how important it is!!

5 Stars. Start to Finish

This is likely the best property experience we have had with VRBO. The hosts were gracious. The location was a perfect fit. An oasis close to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and easy access to hiking trains. But still felt like home!The home had a "warm" feeling. High end furnishings, appliances and well stocked with just about everything one could ask for, and a bit more. Perfect pool temp for the little ones and big people too. Felt much more like a home than a "rental". Not a negative experience the entire stay. Owners definitely knew what kind of experience guests would appreciate, and came through on a grand scale. A five star holiday

We had a wonderful stay at the Villages at Queen Creek. We walked in and saw how beautiful and clean it was. We felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked, better than most homes we have rented before. The beds were very comfortable and had very nice bedding. The backyard and pool were also amazing! The pool was mostly in the sun the whole time. Even on cooler days, the backyard and pool were warm. The house is also located close to lots of walking trails, hiking, golf and shopping. Dennis and Jeannie were there for us any time we needed. They treated us like family! We hope to come back to this beautiful home!

After working overseas for many years I retired early and came back to Queen Creek in 2017 when we decided to completely remodel the house to our liking. We also stay in these homes so they are equipped with what we like most in a house.

Loads of new shops , restaurants and theatre all within 5 minutes drive. Mesa Gateway airport is only 15 minutes, and Sky harbor is 45 minutes for easy travel. Great biking and trails can be traveled on directly from this area and take you all through the phoenix area.

Horseshoe Park and Equestrian center 3 miles.
Salt river rafting during the summer time around 30 minutes depending on how far you want to go down river.
Hiking and biking in the near by San Tan Mountains. 15 minutes.
