Casa din Tioc passion for rustic (with breakfast)

Casa din Tioc it's a quiet place in the countryside with archaic influences, remembering the Romanian village of 1900'.
We are keen on local and slow food which is mainly produced by us. You can enjoy here the Black Currant Wine, try medieval dishes, like meat on the sword or pork on the spear (charged separately). Traditional Romanian breakfast is included in the price.
You can fish in our private lake (catch and release), admire our collection of antiquities or shoot some arrows here.

In a valley almost 20 miles away from any pollution source, the hill around covered with forests, lies our property which was self made in proportion of 60 % by our family. The architecture resembles the 1900' and the furniture is self made. The place uses lot's of wood and stone and uses minimum of today's technology. We have a family garden and an orchard, we grow pigs and chickens, as we are keen about BIO products.

The landlord will stay in the property all the time we will be more that happy to serve you our traditional dishes cooked from bio-ingredients. We will bring back to life old food recipes and delicious barbecues. Upon request the landlord may show you how to work in wood and stone or things about the farm-work. If you help us with the farm-work we will gladly provide free meals and beverages.
