Amazing unobstructed views of Pine mtn and the Red Hills in this Two bedroom and two bath complete home. 10 ft ceilings, with extra large view windows in this walkout basement home. All amenities, including fully equipped kitchen, living and dining rooms, First bedroom with king size bed. Second bedroom ensuite with queen bed. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Close to several national parks and ski resort. Beautifully furnished, immaculately clean.
You will love the Amazing view of the Red Hills and Pine Mountain from the kitchen, living area and back patio. This home has never had less the a 5 star rating.

Great place with a great view!

Great place in Washington. Very conveniently located to I15 and local essentials in Washington. Sparkling clean with great communication from the host, very nice touches, very comfortable. The neighborhood has great walking trails, and loads of hiking nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect view!

Our view was perfect for a couple artist visiting St. George. Hope to visit again next year. The place was perfect for two friends traveling and Ann was the perfect host.

Great Stay in St George area

Communications with the owner (Ann) was pro-active and very pleasant. The home is in a great location with beautiful view and very quiet neighborhood. I don't know that I have ever stayed at a cleaner or better stocked VRBO property. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean!

The home was super clean. We had zero issues. Anything you needed was really close, stores, restaurants, etc.The owner was ready to get a hold of and great to work with. I will definitely stay there again.

Definitely a Home away from Home

It was perfect! It was everything the description said it was and more! Location was close to everything we needed to do and yet we were in a very quiet neighborhood and had our privacy ! The view could not have been better! There is even hiking trails right out the back door! We will definitely be back!!

The perfect place for our stay in St George

My wife and I can’t say enough about this property. There was literally everything that we needed for our stay. They had all the bases covered. The views from the picture windows that look back towards the north are breathtaking. Each morning we would spend looking out at the mountains that were covered with snow in the background, and in the Fore ground were the red rocks. All of the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment was within just a mile of the house. Our host was very accommodating and very responsive to all of our needs. When we return to St. George again, we will definitely stay at this location. There is no need to look for another.

Home away from Home

We stayed at Ann’s home which was like Home away from home! Right from my first inquiry on her home til we left, Ann was very open, helpful and thoughtful of our needs. We were late getting in, she went the extra mile to ensure front lights were on and we had the necessities for morning coffee/tea.Ann’s home is very very clean, immaculate with comfortable beds and all the comforts of home in a quiet picturesque established community. We appreciated Ann’s attention to ensure we had a great stay!! Would highly recommend Ann’s home! Thank you Ann.

Great Location and Comfortable Lodgings

We had a wonderful stay in these clean and comfortable lodgings. Accessing the unit via shallow and widely spaced stairs was easy. The outside patio had a wonderful view… even tho it was cool, I enjoyed a hot chocolate there. The inside furnishings were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were well-supplied. We had no issues sleeping in the master bedroom, although the guest bedroom provides darker sleeping conditions, if that is important to you. And if you visit in winter and tend to have cold feet, you may want to bring slippers or heavy socks to keep your feet warm when you’re not snuggled in the comfy living room throws. Great location for checking out Zion or Snow Canyon State Park. And if you still have energy, there is a neighborhood walking trail around the adjacent canyon.

A wonderful stay!

The highlight of this location is definitely the million-dollar view of the mountain, cliffs and rocks! We traveled as two couples and stayed for two nights at this beautiful location which was perfect for our needs. The master suite with a queen size bed was on one side of the home, and the guest room with a king-size bed and wonderful bathroom down the hall was on the other, so it felt like two master suites. The home was immaculate, decorated beautifully, and well-stocked. The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. Our host was great at communicating and very responsive. The location was in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities. We would definitely stay here again!

A great place with a home away from home feeling.

This was such a great property to stay at. So many thoughtful touches that it felt like staying at a family members house. Host was very great to work with, house was exactly as described, and it was located in a quiet area. Couldn’t have asked for more.

TRULY RELAXING HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This property delivered on everything that was promised. The communication with our host was top notch. The ease of entering the property couldn’t have been simpler. Let me tell you, we notice properties where we question if it’s been cleaned properly-this home is immaculate. As soon as you enter, you feel at home. It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. And the views!!! When we were in the house, I spent most of my time in front of the large kitchen window framing the magnificent mountains. The property is located to fuel stations and grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We were there to relax, and we did just that. Anne was so helpful with information on places to eat and to visit. While the weather did not cooperate for our weekend getaway, we were able to not feel trapped in our rental, but enjoyed all the comforts of home it had to offer. We will be staying again. 5 STARS PLUS for this host and her home. Thank you!

5 Star view 5 Star Host

This southern Utah vacation spot is a perfect quiet and private getaway. The breathtaking views can be enjoyed from inside the home and the patio. The home is extremely well kept and you will find thoughtful accommodations everywhere you look. Anne Marie (The Host) was very friendly and kept a consistent stream of communication from the beginning to the end of the process. I highly recommend this home and host for your next stay. Wonderful Host and Place

Ann was great. Place was wonderful with views of the mountain and small canyon in the back yard. Nice decor, well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils and very comfortable beds! This place is in a great location to access anything you want to do within 15-20 minutes. We’d stay here again without any hesitation.

The home was built solely as a retirement/vacation home by two siblings. Once my husband and I spent time in SG after retirement, we decided to build our own private home just min. from the vacation home. My share of the home (walkout basement with incredible views of the red hills and pine mtn) I now use as a vacation rental. The upstairs remains a family vacation home. They are separated by a bolted door at the bottom of an indoor staircase. Both homes are very private. The entry for my vacation rental home is on the outside of the home, down some paver stairs.

The upstairs and downstairs are two separate full size homes. Each have approx 1350 sq ft. The upstairs is rarely used, but to be completely transparent, I can never guarantee that someone from my siblings family might be using the upstairs as a vacation get-away as well. I always try to book guests when I'm fairly sure no one will be upstairs, but that is never a guarantee. Both floors of the home are completely private with separate entries. The home is beautifully decorated, with all the amenities of a wonderful vacation get away. It has an unobstructed view looking out at the Redhills and Pine Mountain. It's a very quiet neighborhood, and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy drinks and chats with family and friends. I only allow very mature adults to rent this property.

This property not only has an unbelievable view of the red hills and pine mountain, but it is convenient to everything. Costco, Walmart, Albertsons, Kohls, Home depot, Bed bath and beyond, and many higher end chain stores. Many restaurants with lots of diversity. But the biggest benefit is the home is in a very quiet neighborhood, and very private. Its also surrounded by the best recreational properties. Hiking, Biking, Trail running, ATV Routes, and close to Snow Canyon, Zions, and Cedar Breaks.
