Amazing unobstructed views of Pine mtn and the Red Hills in this Two bedroom and two bath complete home. 10 ft ceilings, with extra large view windows in this walkout basement home. All amenities, including fully equipped kitchen, living and dining rooms, First bedroom with king size bed. Second bedroom ensuite with king bed and large walk in shower. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Close to several national parks and ski resort. Beautifully furnished, immaculately clean.
You will love the Amazing view of the Red Hills and Pine Mountain from the kitchen, living area and back patio. This home has never had less the a 5 star rating.

Our host, Ann, was great! She was very responsive when we had questions. Ann’s home is beautiful and was well stocked with everything we needed and more!
The living room is so comfortable! We got to hangout after a day of sightseeing, golf and shopping!

The house is in a super convenient location. The host was helpful and checked with us ahead of time so there were no surprises on either side. Although it is a lower level, the access was easy and the views awesome. It worked very well for our time in the St George area: 2 brothers and their wives.

Perfect view!

Our view was perfect for a couple artist visiting St. George. Hope to visit again next year. The place was perfect for two friends traveling and Ann was the perfect host.

Excellent place to stay

This was a very nice place to stay at. Place was a great location, very clean, and the property manager made it very easy to keep in touch in case we had any issues. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in Utah again.

Great Stay in St George area

Communications with the owner (Ann) was pro-active and very pleasant. The home is in a great location with beautiful view and very quiet neighborhood. I don't know that I have ever stayed at a cleaner or better stocked VRBO property. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place with a great view!

Great place in Washington. Very conveniently located to I15 and local essentials in Washington. Sparkling clean with great communication from the host, very nice touches, very comfortable. The neighborhood has great walking trails, and loads of hiking nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Southern Utah Retreat!

Everything was wonderful, from our reservation inquiry to checkout. This is the cleanest, most comfortable and well equipped rental we’ve stayed in, and there have been many. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfy and clean! We cooked and everything needed was there. We enjoyed the back porch and friendly neighborhood. Close to many restaurants and shopping options.

Definitely a Home away from Home

It was perfect! It was everything the description said it was and more! Location was close to everything we needed to do and yet we were in a very quiet neighborhood and had our privacy ! The view could not have been better! There is even hiking trails right out the back door! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect for our needs

The home was built solely as a retirement/vacation home by two siblings. Once my husband and I spent time in SG after retirement, we decided to build our own private home just min. from the vacation home. My share of the home (walkout basement with incredible views of the red hills and pine mtn) I now use as a vacation rental. The upstairs remains a family vacation home. They are separated by a bolted door at the bottom of an indoor staircase. Both homes are very private. The entry for my vacation rental home is on the outside of the home, down some paver stairs.

The upstairs and downstairs are two separate full size homes. Each have approx 1350 sq ft. The upstairs is rarely used, but to be completely transparent, I can never guarantee that someone from my siblings family might be using the upstairs as a vacation get-away as well. I always try to book guests when I'm fairly sure no one will be upstairs, but that is never a guarantee. Both floors of the home are completely private with separate entries. The home is beautifully decorated, with all the amenities of a wonderful vacation get away. It has an unobstructed view looking out at the Redhills and Pine Mountain. It's a very quiet neighborhood, and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy drinks and chats with family and friends. I only allow very mature adults to rent this property.

This property not only has an unbelievable view of the red hills and pine mountain, but it is convenient to everything. Costco, Walmart, Albertsons, Kohls, Home depot, Bed bath and beyond, and many higher end chain stores. Many restaurants with lots of diversity. But the biggest benefit is the home is in a very quiet neighborhood, and very private. Its also surrounded by the best recreational properties. Hiking, Biking, Trail running, ATV Routes, and close to Snow Canyon, Zions, and Cedar Breaks.
