From 2021 July forward HST and City levy fees are included in the price. We are next door in case you need anything. The house is newly furnished and features dimmable lighting in the living areas. Included is parking for 3 cars, unlimited Wifi and Netflix, 55 inch Roku smart TV, Foosball table and more The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher. Laundry soaps, hand soaps, towels, Toilet paper, paper towels etc. and Keurig coffee/tea pods included. Air Conditioned for your summer stay. Please note: Our bedroom availability will be based strictly on the number of paid-person bookings. If a couple books, they will have access to one bedroom only, and for two couples-two bedrooms will be available and so on. Two people who are not a couple will qualify for two bedrooms.
