We purchased our second property in Wailea - November 2019. Enjoy your getaway at our new home-away from home! We spent the 2019 holiday season buying new furniture for EVERY room, decorating, cleaning and repairing this property to get it up to our very high standards. And more upgrades during summer 2020 when we did an extensive renovation. Fall 2021 completing flooring renovations of lower level with all new vinyl plank flooring, new quartz countertops in all 3 bathrooms.

Why not enjoy a beautiful home with SPACE in our two-storey townhouse boasting nearly 1500 square feet of living area and 2 lanais providing an additional 500 square feet on 2 levels. The ocean view is stunning out to Molokini and beyond to the West and an amazing Haleakala view to the East.

Wailea Ekolu Village is a sprawling property located adjacent to the Wailea Blue Golf Course. 148 units in 17 buildings on 18 picturesque acres in the heart of Wailea. As a result, each building has privacy and space: lush tropical plants and expansive lawns abound. This affords awesome sight lines for the views. There is ample free parking: more than enough to always find a spot close to the condo. The new Wailea Village complex provides an excellent coffee shop and other amenities at the edge of the property and a little farther down the hill are The Shops at Wailea.

It is right across the road to WAILEA, ULUA and MOKAPU beaches. 5 of the best beaches on Maui are in Wailea within 5 minutes driving. And each beach has ample parking so you can bring all the things you will want (provided) for a day at the beach.

You will love our spacious and comfortable, split air conditioned (no window A/C units) two bedroom, two-and-a-half bath, 1500 sq foot Townhouse! Fully furnished, with its own private lanais with a view of the ocean and Haleakala. We pride ourselves on keeping our condo immaculately clean and impeccably maintained. This is a top priority for us. Our other Wailea Condo had 75 Five-Star reviews - we recently sold it. We have been sharing our first property with guests for 8 years and have loved the experience. We have been with VRBO since 2012.

Our vacation townhouse offers wide open space for four or six, yet intimately relaxing for two. It has all new furniture - inside and out. And new TV and electronics. The condo is decorated in a relaxed, comfortable beachy Hawaiian style.

The Ekolu Townhouses (of which there are only 15 for rent) have the living areas and kitchen on the upper level and the bedrooms on the main floor. Both bedrooms and the living room have individual split AC systems for quiet cooling.. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and will have all the amenities to make your favourite meals!

The Master bedroom has a king bed with a new mattress with memory foam pillow top. The Guest bedroom has two very comfortable queen beds.

Our townhouse condo offers all the comforts of home: gigabit wireless Internet, big screen TV, Bose sound bar, fully equipped kitchen, and new full-sized high efficiency washer and dryer set, conveniently located on the main floor outside the bedrooms .

Use either of the two crystal clear swimming pools, set up with lots of loungers. The Upper Pool is steps from our unit and can be accessed directly from the lower level. We now provide an electric BBQ on the lower lanai to comply with Maui fire by-laws.

Family owned and managed: we travel to Maui many times each year to ensure that our condo is ready for your perfect Hawaiian experience! We cannot wait to welcome guests to this new property to us where you can enjoy your vacation with that extra space for some breathing room!
