Charming studio of 4/5 pers west facing, an area of 24m2 plus balcony of 3m2, located on the 1st floor of a residence located in the Hameau du Lay in the resort / village, very family, Contamines Montjoie at the foot of Mount White

You will stay in front of the gondola Montjoie allowing access to the ski area. Free parking, shops, bars and ski rentals surrounding the residence. Village center 20 min walk or 2 minutes by car or free shuttle. Le Pontet leisure park and cross-country ski / Biathlon ski school at 300m.

Housing
The apartment, refitted in 2019, has at the entrance of a sleeping area of 3 beds (single bed upstairs, double bed downstairs) and storage.
A bathroom offering a shower, a piece of furniture with washbasin, a towel dryer and WC.
A corridor leading to 1 living room of 15m2 arranged in two with a sleeping area of 2 beds (double bed 140x190) with TV and a fully equipped kitchen area with 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 stools, mini oven, 2 electric plates , refrigerator, microwave, raclette, fondue, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ... accessible from this balcony overlooking the Mont Joly and gondola montjoie.
A ski room is located in the basement of the residence.
Key collection is done at concierge Contamines (50m behind the residence) between 9h and 19h ideally.
Sheets and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent at the concierge. Board games available in the apartment. Very good 4G connection in the station. No pets allowed.

We ask you to clean your departure to make the apartment clean for future tenants.
