An open layout facilitates seamless entertaining, while the built-in Bluetooth stereo system, custom lighting, top-of-the-line appliances, multiple dishwashers, a sub-zero fridge, wolf range, wine cooler, and a spacious island create an ideal setting for culinary creations and hosting guests.

This remarkable home accommodates up to 10 guests with an open floor plan, making it the ultimate mountain retreat, perfect for holidays, celebrations, or luxurious getaways. Here's a glimpse of the room configuration:

Main Lodge Family Room – Featuring a fully equipped Chef's Kitchen with a large Island (seating for 4), a spacious Dining Table (seating for 8), a sliding door leading to a sizable deck with, a generous Italian Leather couch, large glass doors opening to the upper deck, and a wood-burning fireplace.

Master 1 – Offering awe-inspiring views of Olympic Valley, a gas fireplace, a custom King bed, a private deck, a walk-in steam shower, a freestanding bathtub with mountain views, and a custom closet.

Master 2 – Located below the main floor, this 2nd Master Bedroom boasts incredible mountain vistas, a custom King bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities, a custom walk-in closet, and private access to the outdoor patio and hot tub.


Guest Master – Sharing the same level as the main Master Bedroom, this room features a King Bed, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a custom closet, and a large bedroom window to savor the views.

The Murphy Room – Offering two Queen size beds, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sliding door to the Patio, and the Hot Tub, this room is spacious, ensuring both privacy and easy outdoor access.

On the top floor, you'll find a loft area that houses both the Bunk Room and the Guest-Office Bedroom.

The Bunkroom-Loft is equipped with two custom bunk beds (one queen/twin combo and one with two large twins) and an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom featuring a double sink and a shower/tub combo. This room also has access to a private deck.

The Guest-Loft-Office Bedroom, on the other hand, can be accessed through charming rustic barn doors. It shares the Jack & Jill bathroom with the Bunk Room and offers a convenient desk space for private work, a wet bar complete with a mini-fridge, expansive windows, and a comfortable king-sized bed.

In the Flex-Game-Family Room, you'll discover a spacious bar, a pool table, a cozy gas fireplace, and a sliding door that leads out to the patio. But here's the unique twist: custom-made barn doors can be closed to create an extra private bedroom, known as the Flex/Guest Bedroom. This additional space features a queen bed and its own sliding door to the patio. It also shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the Flex-Game-Family Room for added convenience.

Step outside to the Patio, where you'll find an 8-Person Hot Tub, ready for your year-round relaxation, along with comfy lounge patio furniture that's available during the summer months.

The attached Garage accommodates two vehicles, and parking is permitted in the driveway year-round, with space for an additional 4+ vehicles depending on the season.

Adding to the marvelous setup and your convenience, every bedroom and bathroom in the house are furnished with luxurious towels and linens. In each bathroom, you'll also find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and hair dryers for your use.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking necessities, including a wide selection of pots and pans, dinnerware, a Ninja coffee maker (offering the option to brew a pot or use individual pods), a KitchenAid mixer, a toaster, and more. Salt and pepper, along with a variety of spices, are also provided to enhance your culinary creations.

The Laundry Room is equipped with ample counter space, a large sink, and a brand new, energy-efficient XL washer/dryer.
