Log cabin over looking Pine River Pond. 1st floor open area with gas fire place, kitchen, living and dining, full bath and 2 bedrooms. Lower level has 3rd bedroom, bath with shower, TV room with bar and game-room. Outdoor fire pit and beautiful views. Right on lake in a beautiful cove with private dock. Fishing, golfing and skiing close by.

No pets
No smoking
No party’s
No glass bottles around house our at beach area.
No oil or grease down drains the property is on a limited well and septic system.
Winter rentals back deck and firepit area is not shoveled.

Trash pick up is on Thursday
Please bring all trash from firepit area in back and house to large trash Contaner right of the front door.

Vacuum or sweep all floors clean.
Bathroom - clean shower/ tub , sink and toilet.
Empty refrigerator & cabinet of all food items.

Guests should leave house the way they entered it. Clean dishes, stripped beds, trash removed, stove and counter cleaned. Fire pit clean and water front clean.

Famous Poor People Pub down town Sandbornville is a 7 Miles away (11 minute drive).
Town farm country market 0.6 mile walk for ice cream or fresh backed goods. (Summer months only)
King Pine is only 25 min away. Brewster Academy in
Wolfboro is 25 min away. Indian mound golfcourse is also 20 min away. North Conway is 50 minutes north.

We rented this house last year, and couldn’t wait to get back there this year. We had another wonderful time here! The house has everything you could want while staying at the lake! The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to be back again next year as well!!

Stunning place

Rented this place for our annual fishing trip. Couldn’t have been better. Lots of room, very clean, lots to do. The basement game room was amazing and the fishing was outstanding.

Family Getaway

We had such a great time at this property. Melissa was super responsive and accommodating. The house was even better in person, and the owners offered an abundance of amenities, for land and water! The lake was very clean and quiet. We were able to bring our own boat, and had access to the owners dock for our entire stay. We enjoyed fishing, tubing, kayaking, paddling boarding and so much more. Looking forward to our next stay already!

Awesome stay on Pine River Pond

We had an incredible time at this gorgeous log cabin and beautiful property. This is a great location to relax and enjoy the lake. Took our boat and had a lot of fun. There were tons of games and activities to do in the house as well as on the property. I’ve never stayed at a place that had more things for the guests to do. Excellent communication with the property owner who responds very quickly and is very helpful. House was very clean and check in and check out are very easy. Highly recommend this place!

Annual Family Vacation

Quite an impressive lake house. Beautiful spot. It was so comfortable, we loved all the touches here and there. So many things within the home to keep us busy on a rainy day, which thankfully only rained once and it was at night. Tastefully decorated. Melissa and Joe were fantastic to deal with. It was a top notch experience. Will rent again for sure!!

Wonderful stay - gorgeous view

Beautiful, well appointed, clean large lake front home w/ incredible view. Appreciated access to kayaks, and game room fun. Weather was very hot during our stay. AC unit in master bedroom adequate - but main family room was very uncomfortably hot & limited our ability to use. Another window AC unit in there would've made all the diffetence. Over all we loved our stay at this ama,ing home! TY!

Lake life at its best!

What a great find! The home, location, and amenities were perfect for our group. Friends from the UK love swimming at the lake so we decided to rent a home for 4 nights. The weather was hot and the lake felt great. The only downside( if you can really call hot weather a downside) was the house was quite warm in the main living area and so we didn’t really spend any time in the main living spaces. Fortunately, the basement game room was fabulous everyone enjoyed hanging out there at night. The two upstairs bedrooms had fans and there was an AC unit in the master bedroom. Would highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a sweet spot lakeside in an exceptionally clean home!

Fun and welcoming home!

We loved staying at this home... the wide open space of the main floor was wonderful and had beautiful views! and the downstairs was just so much fun! You packed a lot of entertainment into one house, there's definitely something for everyone (all ages)! We'd love to spend more quality family time here again in the future.

Great place for families

This is a great place for families with kids. There is tons to do on and off the lake and lots of places to hang out. The views of the lake are beautiful. The owners provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Fun & relaxing stay on a gorgeous lake

Our family had an amazing time in this lovely house on a gorgeous lake. Good location, fun to fish and paddle board and swim! House had so many games and things to do. I highly recommend renting this home! Lots of space.

2nd Time Just as Good as the 1st

This was the second year in a row that we rented this home. It's a great property with a ton of amenities. We rented a boat this year which added to the experience. The owners were great to work with again. We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful house on a beautiful lake

This house was outstanding. It was much bigger than I anticipated. Our kids loved the game room, which kept them entertained when the weather didn’t cooperate. The lake is peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. This rental home is a destination in and of itself - we rarely left because we were too busy enjoying the lake and sandy beach.

Absolutely Nailed It!

Unbelievable property with everything adults and kids alike need to have a great trip! My family and another family with kids 1-6 just stayed and the pictures don't do this house justice. Very clean, stocked with everything you need and a downstairs that will blow you away. video games, board games, pinball, shuffleboard, toys for kids, bar for the adults, card table..... WOW! Outside lives up to the inside, great fire pit and yard. Kids and the parents had a blast sledding the front and back yards. Melissa was great to deal with, very accommodating and extremely responsive. Stop looking, book this house now. We will be back!

One of the, if not the, best place I have stayed with my family

Very clean and well organized, everything a family could want. Excellent views of the lake, very spacious, lots of room for adults and children. Great game room with a juke box and pinball machine. Plenty of sleeping space. Overall just a great experience.
