Cute little cottage on Catfish Lake! Couples get away!

The cottage, located on the South side of the property under a picturesque pine tree canopy overlooks the Tennis court at Indian Point and is a short walk from the Main House. The cottage has been fully renovated to include two bedrooms, a single bath residence provides a King sized bed and two full beds with the ability to sleep up to 6. A full Kitchen and open concept floor plan provide a great view of the custom stone fireplace, sure to keep everyone warm in the winter. In the summer months, this facility is only available in conjunction with the Main House. In the winter it can be rented independently of the main location.

Indian Point Manor is located on a beautifully maintained 9-acre property on Catfish Lake, part of the renowned Eagle River Chain of Lakes. A short drive to town by boat or snowfield, this cottage is the perfect destination to enjoy the Northwoods winter.

*Guests renting Indian Point Cottage have only full access to the cottage.

*The grounds surrounding the cottage are only available for use if no guests are renting the main Manor. If guests are renting the main Manor the grounds are not available to be used.

Race weekend retreat

Lovely property, very cozy, wood burning fireplace to snuggle up to on the cold winter nights. Close to town, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again.

The home was a cute little bungalow, very nicely updated. The bedrooms were small, which was workable and expected but the mattresses, sheets and pillows were less than minimum standard in my viewpoint. Some VRBO’s we’ve been to have condiments you can use salt and pepper, coffee filters and other bits and pieces but we were told that was not allowed anymore. Beautiful location good walk ability around the community. Nice view of the water. But this home was not included to use the beach access. The management company was very accessible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage and location is fantastic. The property is very nice. We had deer come visit us. It is on Catfish lake and you can be out on your boat all day. The only thing missing in the cottage is a TV. We were told there was one there, but there was not.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the cottage for a Northwoods New Years family get away. We were very excited but after a 4 hour drive we were not able to get into the cottage upon arrival as the code from the property manager did not work. To make matters worse we couldnt get a hold of anyone for over an hour while we waited in our car. It wasnt until we posted it on Social Media that someone called us back and helped us get in. Needless to say the stay did not get started very well! We loved Eagle River and enjoyed the cottage until the water heater went out and we couldn't take a shower. This time they got back to us but werent able to fix it until after we left. Hiller did refund us 10%, but for the price of the stay and the overall inconvenience I would have expected more. Hopefully they improve their protocols moving forward to avoid this happening again.
