Great family atmosphere

We had three small children. Ages 3,5,6. The swimming pool, lazy river and wade pool were all clean and wonderful. The children loved it. The beach had double red flags up so we spent most of our time at the pool and lazy river. We will definitely be back

Perfect Quiet Corner in the Heart of Okaloosa Island

+ good, direct communication with property manager + great complex with numerous amenities + perfect location for Okaloosa Island Boardwalk activities + beautiful, clean unit - hard pressed to say it has an ocean view, view is more of adjacent hotels and parking lot

Everything about this property was as expected. We had a little trouble with our door code upon arrival, but the owner was easy to contact to resolve the issue. The location was easy to get to, but there was construction off property that made some of the other places difficult to access

Great stay!

Love Waterscape and the condo A431. It has tvs on the bunks and a very large tv in the living room! Perfect for watching sporting events. The table is large and seating for the whole family. Also the living room has a couch and love seat for handy seating and the coffee table raises up for ease of resting snacks or drinks.

Waterscape is the best family vacation spot

We love staying at waterscape, my entire family has a blast. It perfect to have the beach and pool available all day and you can run up to your condo for snacks and drinks. This condo was well decorated, clean and as described. The only down side was it was a bit further from the pools than where we have stayed before at waterscape but I would still highly recommend it!

Close to the Beach

Lovely unit, wonderful design. Close to parking. Comfortable accommodations except sofa bed. Bring legos. We were a little disappointed. Lol. Pools and beach were fabulous. Great price, BUT We missed the sight and sound of the ocean. Some of us oldies find the walk to be a little much.

Excellent Condo

My family visited Ft. Walton Beach and booked this condo. It was exactly as described. Clean and welcoming with plenty of space for everyone. My kids enjoyed the bunk room. The beds in all rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with basic kitchen needs and jt is so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We loved the proximity to the beach and other places in Ft Walton beach and Destin! It was a wonderful vacation. I would not hesitate to stay here again!! The property manager was easy to work with and the check-in process was just as the instructions said.

Fantastic Vacation

My family of 5 had plenty of room. The beds were so comfortable; the whole family agreed. We loved to location; many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was a hit with the kids. The only complaint really was limited supplies. No hand soap for the bathrooms, one trash bag total for a 5 day stay, and only toilet paper was what was on the holder. I understand many places provide a limited starter pack, but this seemed very skimpy for a fairly expensive stay.

Very relaxing location!

Loved the location and ease of getting to beach. Restaurants were very close by, and that was a plus since we were traveling with 3 children under 6! There were several water areas for all ages, so we never felt crowded at the pools or splash pads. Lazy river was very nice, too! Kids used the LEGO room as their playroom. I noticed workers disinfecting for COVID throughout the day. We had one housekeeping issue and one maintenance issue. Both were taken care of promptly. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

The room was beautiful at first. However day two my son got sick and upon further review the mold is Iā€™m pretty sure what made him sick. I wanted to complain but Iā€™m sure theyā€™re aware of it and covering it up each time which is why they keep a paint tray in the freezer.

The Waterscape was great, pool was awesome. This condo was okay. I had the following complaints about the property: 1. The floor was filthy from day 1. We all had to wear shoes because our bare feet would be black if we didn't. 2. Dryer required two cycles in order to fully dry anything. 3. Coffee maker was broken. 4. Overall maintenance- walls were all scuffed, baseboards dirty, towel rack broke off requiring my husband to fix it, shower leaked. 5. Sheets were not fully on the bed, we had to make the beds when we arrived. 6. Cleanliness - stained sheets and pillows, there was a safety pin on the bottom bunk. Clear to me that housekeeping is not doing their job.

Such a fun time!

We had such an amazing time at Waterscape A431. The unit was beautiful...super clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The only thing we couldn't find was a cutting board so if you need one you might pack one! Also there were only four hangers in the unit so if you have clothes that need to be hung up you might want to bring some. We loved how quiet the washer and dryer was also. You definitely need to bring spices, salt, pepper, anything you need for cooking and it's also helpful to bring hand soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener and extra toilet paper. We knew this ahead of time but just fyi for anyone planning a trip! The unit was right by the parking garage which was convenient, and tucked away from the noise of the pool. We enjoyed people watching from the balcony. We were there during July 4th week so it was crazy busy but tons of fun. You definitely need to get out early to get a pool chair and good beach chairs if going during the busy season. Despite the signs saying no reserving pool chairs, there were people reserving pool chairs with towels all over the place so not sure if that's monitored or not. But it was fine, we had a blast overall. We loved being in walking distance to Stewby's, that was a huge plus! Also enjoyed walking down the beach to the Boardwalk...Rockin Tacos is amaaazing :) We're already planning our next trip!

Labor Day getaway with the family

Everything was great the room was clean and updated. The pool area was awesome for the kids. The beach chairs were a very nice extra with the room. Overall if you are going to the beach with kids this is your place.
