Brand new home on stilts in a central location of town with ample parking for your truck/trailer/boat. Up the side stairs to the front of the home, you will see the outdoor seating on the balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Upon entering this home, you will see the open living area with a couch, TV, Wi-Fi, cable, and 2 accent chairs. The dining table has seating for 6 and an additional 2 stools at the bar. The full kitchen will meet your cooking needs with spacious countertops, white appliances, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet. The bunk room (BR1) has 2 sets of Twin bunk beds. The guest room (BR2) has a Queen bed and shares a hall bath with the bunk room with a shower/tub unit. The master bedroom (BR3) has a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub unit. Bring your family and the boat and come enjoy everything Port A has to offer.

There were activities for all ages. The location of this home is great! It is not the biggest home but it had everything for myself and 4 other friends to enjoy. The proximity to the beach along with walking distance to entertainment and food was excellent. The house itself was fully loaded and the BBQ pit withstood the cooking. The owner communicated with us and his home did not disappoint. I did pay an extra 100 to check in 4 hours early. That was a first, but the guys maximized the extra time provided and helped to get settled that much earlier to enjoy our fun vacation!

The house was great! Exactly as the pictures showed, and super clean. I do wish it had a keurig though. But it’s not a deal breaker.

Great beach vacation with the grandkids

Perfect place to spend a week with the family. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were well furnished, and living room was very relaxing after a busy day. Beach, restaurants, and grocery store were nearby. Highly recommend.

Easy peasy

Enjoyed the stay at this lovely property that is very conveniently located. We were a group of 6 with a couple of kids who thoroughly enjoyed the bunk beds. The checkin process was easy, the property was clean and comfortable.

Convenient amenities

We came to Port Aransas to vacation with several groups of friends that all rented homes around the island. This location was so convenient and had the most space to host outside, that we only gathered as a group to cookout at this home. It was a wonderful experience and I would rent again!

Excellent Location

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had 4 adults and 4 children. The location is so central to everything you need. There are a very limited amount of dishes so I would suggest bringing lots of papered goods and plasticware, especially if you have children with you. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Family trip

Overall the house was good- great location, laid out well, clean, AC cooled well in the Texas summer, communication with management company was easy, it worked well for our family trip for 6. The house however is not as well furnished with extras as many other vacation homes. There’s no extra blankets, pillows, spices, cooking oils, serving pieces and very minimal kitchen utensils. If you plan to cook at home, pack appropriately. Even with this hiccup, we’d stay here again.

It worked for us

It was clean & I we loved the space underneath. The big trash was already full when we got there, so that was a pain & the shower curtain rod fell on my while I was showering, lol. Over all it was good. We had 2 families with 2 kids each in it & it worked perfectly for that. Cozy little house that got the job done. LOVED the front porch too for a space to spread out a little more when we were at the house.

Perfect for what we needed

This is a really cute place to stay. It's not far at all from anything whether you're driving or walking. It is out of the way of busy streets and if you need to get somewhere it is easy. They have minimum cookware so if you need something specific you may need to bring it or buy it. You may be able to ask for it too; I didn't have any issues cooking with what they had so I'm not sure. Overall it is perfect for a family trip or a friends trip if 4 people don't mind using bunk beds.

Never again

This house was beautiful. And it was close to the beach. However upon arrival we found a cockroach then another the next day. The curtain in the master bedroom fell off. And the other restroom was leaking water under the sink. The kids beds were super high. And the fridge made a strange all night. We will never book this house again.

Loud neighbors/ water did not go down drain

First, the neighbors behind us partied until 2 am every night and we could hear everything because there is no insulation in the house. Ceiling fans did not work in two bedrooms, water would not go down sink or shower drains. The house was ok clean but definitely there were some wear and tear issues. One bed was sinking I t he middle and very squeaky. Basically my family did not get to sleep for much of our visit. We will not being staying again at a house on stilts as the house moved anytime anyone walked.

Super cute place

Really cute,seems newly re-done. very clean, I only wish getting in touch with the manager was a bit easier, it seemed I was dealing with a management company, our vacation of course was cold and rainy which seems to be our luck, my 4 y/o son was really excited about the golf cart idea because he was too small for parasailing, horse back riding, zip lining most everything except for the dolphin run. However, the management company said there were no carts available. Turns out all the rental companies were full it seems they couldn't rent a cart that weekend. Most, I'd say 90% of the rentals, including the one sitting empty right next door, had a complimentary rental golf cart sitting in the drive way the entire weekend unused. Upon talking with other renters on the island and at the beach their homes in which they paid similar in price or less came with a golf cart. I wish there was better communication in that regard, due to the rental company that also rents the house directly next door that sat empty that weekend also sat with an unused cart. Yes, I could have gone and paid full price for a golf cart which is about 100 plus bucks a day for a 5 day weekend, however after all the expense we paid in travel and to VRBO renting a cart, we could only use when ducking the rain didn't seem quite worth it to us. If it had come with the rental (bonus) but to spend an extra 500 dollars, was absolutely not worth it. The house was cute.
