Great Family Vacay Spot

Perfect vacation getaway for our extended family to come together! Enough space for everyone to spread out (and even get alone time), comfy beds, spacious bathrooms, and great gathering areas! The game room was a huge bonus loved by all, especially since we did not have the best weather during our stay! With just a quick drive across the main highway and short walk from parking, the beautiful white sand beach was perfect!

Cozy Home for Big Family

We are 8 with kids ranging from an infant all the way up to adult with every age range in between. This house was great because it had toys for my 4 and 6 year old and a game room for my teens. It had a nice comfortable outdoor enclosed patio to hang out. The neighborhood was quiet with a pool. Overall, very nice place to stay. Will stay again!

A great stay near Rosemary

This home was perfect for our needs. We chose this property for its very reasonable price, considering the size of the property. The game room on the second floor was a bonus. Overall we were very satisfied with the house. The location/neighborhood was not too far from 30A and Rosemary. Having direct access to both 30A and 98 was great. Crossing 98 wasn't ideal, but considering beach access was just down the street made it worth it. Would definitely book this property again.

Great price and area

This property was a great price in a super nice area. It fit all of us perfect. Wish it had some beach accessories like chairs or umbrella and also wish they provided more than just a starter kit of soap and trash bags. Otherwise was pretty clean and had all streaming services on tv which was a plus

Cute House

Very cute house in small community with pool. How’s was just as expected from the listing. Kitchen could use some new amenities such as flatware, plates, bowls, pans and is not stocked with any starter cooking essentials like salt/pepper/oil/foil - bring it all!

July 2025 Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here July 2025 and had a very nice time. The game room was perfect for the kiddos and the house had everything we needed for a nice vacation. It’s about a three minute drive to the beach and close to shopping as well as the tourist spots (Rosemary, big chill, beach bean, etc). There are plenty of beach supplies in the house and kind of regret having packed so much. Neighborhood was very quiet and all the neighbors were polite and courteous. Management company is also very responsive and we didn’t have any issues communicating. We would stay here again.
Resposta de VrboOwner em 21 de set. de 2025
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that the game room kept the kiddos entertained and that the house had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. It’s great to know the location was convenient for hitting the beach and local spots like Rosemary and Big Chill. We really appreciate your kind words about the neighborhood and our management team. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
