Enjoy your stay in this large 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath direct access waterfront home. Dock your boat on the covered lift and make your boating adventures easy and fun. When you are not boating or enjoying the countless other outdoor activities available in the area, you will enjoy a beautifully renovated home with a split floor plan which includes a large master suite complete with a large walk-in shower in your own private bathroom.
High quality beds and bedding enhance your sleep experience. The large open floor plan with a great room and screened-in lanai allows ample room for all guests to relax.
Matlacha Isles offers easy access to Matlacha, Pine Island and all of the other great locations to visit. No detail is left undone, from the large, fully equiped kitchen to the inviting bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great Florida vacation home

Our family had a wonderful time vacationing at this home during July 4th week. We brought our boat and the dock and outdoor area was perfect! Everything was so comfortable and it was such a wonderful house for our vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner was very cooperative and helpful with everything. He was even there waiting for us when we arrived to welcome us and show us the house, which made the check-in very easy.The house was very clean and well prepared. There were plenty of towels, bed sheets, and all the kitchen utensils we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the home had easy access to the Gulf, which made the location even better.Overall, it was a very good experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Family Vacay

This home was wonderful! Plenty of room for our party of 6. Very spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the back deck right on the canal.

Great place to stay

House was beautiful. Had every comfort you will need. Ed was an amazing and accommodating host. Perfect location to bring the boat and fish. If you want to relax this place is it!

The host was great and lived nearby. He met us when we arrived to address any questions we had. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 1 pet. The boatlift was perfect for our 20 ft Grady White. The deck around the boatlift was thoughtfully designed to make it easy to access the boat . We really enjoyed the heated swim spa in the evenings. The beds were all comfy for a good night's sleep! We stayed for 7 days.

Lovely stay!

Ed's house was a fantastic place for our family get away! The house was very clean, well stocked, and a great location. We were able to bring our boat so the boat lift was a great amenity to have. There was great fishing nearby and a short boat ride to Boca Grande. Would definitely recommend!

Stay was wonderful! Ed was great and welcomed us upon our arrival!

Boat slip was perfect for our 23ft center console. House was clean and comfortable. We will be back to this property very soon!

We rented this property because we were visiting friends and family in the area. The back yard was amazing. More than enough seating for several people, fishing right from the dock, a huge swim hot tub and kayaks. My boys main goal was to fish and it did not disappoint. They got to kayak with a dolphin. The living room is huge and inviting. The bedrooms were very nice. We played games, made many meals and very much enjoyed this property.

Comfortable and Convenient

Very comfortable and convenient. The swim spa is terrific. We really enjoyed our stay and found the house relaxing and spacious. We will definitely come back.

Peaceful location with all amenities you could want

What a great stay and experience! This house is so clean and comfortable and has everything you could want. The setup of this house is amazing and well thought out. The hot tub, boat lift, and kayaks were all an added bonus. You will be happy you booked this place!

Great home, had fun fishing of the back yard. Close drive to multiple beaches. I wish I had a boat with me do to boat lift.

Perfect Location, Perfect House!!!

Had a great weekend trip with the guys, fishing. The house met all of our needs: was clean, updated, and roomy enough for 4 men. Ed (the owner) stopped by as we arrived, to say hi, and to make sure we had everything we needed. A pleasurable stay and easy process from booking to departure. Will certainly stay here again!

Great rental

Enjoyed our stay! Rental was clean and had everything we needed. Brought our boat and went fishing and island hopping every day. Saw manatees, dolphins and a sea turtle came up to our boat was amazing. Ed is great and was super helpful!

Great location

Perfect for our family trip. Easy going, perfect for boating activities. Lots of great restaurants to visit by boat or car. Great fishing whether with your own a boat or charter. We did both and enjoyed every bit of it. Ed the owner was very hospitable and accommodating. Awesome house with a great layout.

Quaint Area

We had a great time. Very quiet neighborhood. House on the canal where you can watch the fish jumping. House very clean and has everything you need. Great location! Friendly owners and are helpful if you need anything.

Fabulous Stay

Our family stayed at Ed’s home to celebrate the new year. The home was perfect for us & exceeded our expectations. The location on the canal was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet & peaceful. Ed stopping by shortly we arrived, to show us around was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this rental!

Long Weekend Getaway

Great property for a end of summer boating vacation. We stayed for a few days and brought our boat for some fun and fishing. Home was well stocked we had plenty of room for our family of five. The dock had more then enough room for our 26ft Center Console and canal was easy to navigate. We plan to stay again in the future.

Relaxing in Fishin Inn

This vacation was just what the doctored ordered!!! Great location and exactly nothing to do except hang out with my family and reconnect. The house is beautifully appointed and the host is easy to work with. Maybe a notebook to answer faq would be the only improvement needed.

Comfortable Respite

Three comfortable bedrooms with two and a half baths allowed the four of us to have quiet, private spaces. Great socializing areas too and a fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the sunroom and open sitting areas by the salt water canal. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the hot water spa but urge you to on your visit. We would definitely recommend this house to friends.

Perfect View/Great Location

I could have not been more pleased with the property! The view was incredible and the house has been recently updated and remodeled. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Ed was great, he was available for any question or issue right away! I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

HAPPY TRAVELERS

This place is just how it's pictured. Ed is very close by & will answer quickly to any problems you have. He was very nice to come over & show us how everything worked. Very pretty home & beautiful dock & back patio with a very big hot tub.
