The best view in the Val d'Arán

Situated only 200 metres from Bausen, the only untouched village in the Aran Valley, Roseta offers exceptional panoramic views of the Maladeta massif and central Spanish Pyrenees.
On the sheltered balcony, on the terrace, or by the fire place you will not forget having stayed in this little dream home. While it dates back centuries and is in harmony with nature it is equipped with all modern conveniences including wifi, television and central heating.
It is located close to French frontier and is 25 kms from Vielha and 38 kms from the ski resort of Baqueira. The immediate area is well known for hiking (both short and long distance) and white water rafting although it also ideally suited to those who just seek the peace and calm of this beautiful location.
Downstairs is occupied by a spacious living/dining room with comfy sofas, a smart TV and a table for 6.
The kitchen, which is also located on the lower floor, is fully equipped with a glass ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and all the usual cooking utensils.
Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and view over the San Roque chapel and the mountains.
Next to the bathroom a spacious 2 bed bedroom leads to the double bed bedroom, both with windows on either side.
Except if you arrive by motorbike or bicycle, the municipality does not allow cars to drive to the house. But the 200 metre walk is a pleasant prelude to discovering this gem.
Sporting and adventure equipment can be stored in the basement.
We are on the fourth generation of our family that never tires of spending a few hours, days, nights or weeks in Roseta. For resting, reflecting, exercising or simply contemplating the serenity and peace of the place there are few venues that can beat it.
After travelling around the world, we find there is absolutely nothing like Bausen !
