This lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is situated in the hotel zone and just a stone's throw away from Kahana Beach in West Maui (conveniently nestled between Ka'anapali and Kapalua).

Following extensive renovations, we've tailored this condo to provide a cozy home away from home experience. Besides its unique modern aesthetics, you'll find yourself within walking distance of grocery stores, liquor outlets, eateries, and, naturally, Maui's renowned Kahana Beach! We affectionately dub it the Maui Makai.

Impeccably designed, contemporary 1-bedroom apartment in West Maui, mere steps from the beach.

Spanning 640 square feet of contemporary space, surpassing the offerings of any Maui hotel. This fully renovated 1-bedroom unit boasts top-notch finishes and design, upscale stainless-steel appliances complemented by quartz countertops, a spa-like bathroom featuring glass barn doors, ceramic tiles, and much more. Accommodating up to 4 guests with 1 king bed in the bedroom and 1 queen sofa bed in the living room. Downstairs, you'll find restaurants and shops where you can dine among locals.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment. The spacious living room features a queen sofa bed, a large 58” smart TV with cable, 300 Mbps internet with WI-FI, and a Google device. A powerful A/C unit ensures your comfort. A closet is stocked with beach gear, including 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and coolers. All linens and towels are provided. The living room boasts modern fixtures and a ceiling fan, while ceramic tiles throughout the unit maintain cleanliness and coolness. A dining table with 4 chairs and 2 additional stools accommodate all guests.

The bedroom features a king bed with a premium mattress, a spacious closet behind dual barn doors, air conditioning, and a Google device for added convenience.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator with ice dispenser, brand-new high-quality stove, and dishwasher. Ample cookware, dinnerware, and utensils are provided, along with a coffee maker and toaster.

The spa-like bathroom showcases a state-of-the-art walk-in shower with a barn glass door. We provide a starter pack for your convenience and furnish a hair dryer.

Guests have access to a community pool for a refreshing swim or run, knowing a fresh towel awaits upon return. Wrap up your day with a poolside BBQ or a glass of wine on the lanai while watching the sunset. Downstairs, indulge in the island's finest sushi at Miso Phat Sushi, or visit the adjacent grocery/liquor store, sports bar, water sports equipment rental store, children's and baby rental/supply store, and salon offering manicure/pedicure services. Great location!

We stayed here with our one year old daughter and it was perfect. It is right across from the beach and just a 10 minute drive to Lahaina. They have a ton of beach supplies which was really handy too.

We love Maui!

The condo was exactly as described. Updated, very clean and comfortable. The location is great. The owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall our stay was perfect.

Nice remodeled condo

Condo is perfect for a group of 2. Owners so nice and very responsive. Beach gear is very nice and saves having to rent chairs, umbrellas,etc. Boogie boards were great. Having a parking spot is super nice. Love the location.

Perfect location

The rental was very clean and nicely updated with all the extras. Easy walking distance to a nice beach. Two restaurants and grocery right below our unit and two more and a shopping mall a few minutes walk away. The hosts thought of everything and communicated greatly. They had everything for the beach in the condo and a welcome book with directions and addresses to everything in Maui.

Perfectly Perfect!

This place was amazing. The location was perfect, lots of options within walking distance. A beautiful beach to watch the sunsets, great food literally steps away, an amazing coffee shop with walking distance. What made this place was the hosts. Roman & Elizabeth care! They want to make sure you enjoy your stay and they were always responsive and provided just the right amount of communication. Their place is clean, organized and nicely furnished. Book it…you won’t regret it.

Very clean condo in a good location!

The condo was very clean and in a good location! The photos are accurate as to how the condo looks in real life. The king size bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The condo was well equipped with beach gear. It was nice to have a convenience store in the same complex as well as restaurants and a small beach within walking distance. The complex was quiet and well maintained. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking spot. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful updated condo

Our week at the condo was wonderful. The condo itself has been fabulously updated and is just beautiful. The addition of boogie boards, beach chairs, and coolers was wonderful. The condo is super conveniently located and is close to great restaurants, the beach, and necessary shopping. The AC isn’t able to cool the entire condo, just the main room/kitchen, but if you leave the windows open at night, the bedroom cools off nicely. The sofa isn’t a typical pull out, it’s more of a slide together rather than a pull out mattress. It is nice as a sofa, but definitely not the most comfortable bed. Great for teens or children, but not ideal for adults. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive to questions and the condo is truly beautiful. We hope to be back next year!

Cute condo!

Pros-The condo was all newly remodeled. Great location close to my favorite beach Kapalua Bay as well as Black Rock beach. Also not far to lots of great restaurants and shopping at Whalers Village. It’s also a plus to have Miso Phat sushi downstairs, great sushi! Condo was just across the street from the beach. It was also nice that the condo has a designated parking spot. Cons-Seems like the owner might not like plastic as there was only one plastic garbage bag provided for our stay and there weren’t any plastic cups or food storage containers to bring to the beach or pool. The price was good and the condo was cute but personally I probably wouldn’t stay there again because I have trouble sleeping with any noises and there was a big generator or something outside of the bedroom that is constantly turning on and it’s loud.

Comfortable and perfect location

My husband and I have been to Maui before and I have to say this time, was the best time! I’m big on reading reviews so it’s only right I share mine regarding our stay at Roman & Elizabeth’s place. The location couldn’t be better! It was not right on the beach but it was across the street and the trees, sunset, and birds we’re peaceful on the balcony. There are two AC units and two fans (MAJOR PLUS IN HAWAII!) The kitchen is fully equipped if you would like to cook. The sushi spot literally right below is AMAZING (Miso Phat) and Pizza at dollies also good. Both walking distance from the condo. The condo was beautifully up to date, bed was comfortable, and plenty of seating. It was easy to get in and out of the condo, no need for a key! Very MINOR downfalls; The floors tend to get really dirty because of the carpet in the halls outside- I recommend bringing slippers. We tried to keep our shoes by the door but still ended up with dirty feet. The pool is small and no hot tub but again, the beach was across the street. The condo has everything needed for a beach day and there are many beaches nearby! Easy walk to Maui brewery, gas station/general store, McDonald’s, coffee, and much more! This is a great condo for couples or for a small family. (Condo is pretty toddler proof if you have a little one). The owners are very quick to respond and lenient. We can’t wait to come back and bring our son next time. I highly recommend staying at Roman and Elizabeth’s place.

Our stay

We arrived the Sunday before the Maui fire (August 6, 2023) started. The purpose of our visit was to get married on August 9. We woke up Tuesday morning around 530 and realized we had no power. I contacted Roman and Elizabeth and they continuously updated us with the progress on when the electricity would come back on. August 9 came and we still had no power or cell service however, my wife and I proceeded to attempt to get married (this was well before we knew that the fire was going on and everything else again due to no electricity since Tuesday). We decided to leave the morning of August 9 and as we crossed, we were told that we would not be able to return. Roman and Elizabeth continued to keep us updated regarding what was going on and the possibility of returning. Unfortunately, the remainder of our stay we had to sleep in the car as there are no hotels available on the other side of Lahaina and again we were unable to return. When we did attempt to cross back after receiving an update from Roman and Elizabeth that the highway was currently open, a pedestrian was killed, and again, they closed down the access point back to the location where we were staying. Our flight was scheduled to leave that following Sunday and thankfully our son’s grandmother was unable to cross when we did and they were able to bring us most of our luggage the night before the flight. Again, throughout the entire ordeal Roman and Elizabeth were amazing sending us updates when they could.

Snorkeling fun!

Thank you for hosting us! We enjoyed the great location and short drive to public beaches. We also took advantage of the snorkeling gear and made a ton of fantastic memories visiting a few local snorkel spots. Thank you again

Great place to stay!

My daughter and I enjoyed our first vacation in 2 years and stayed in this cute condo. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Location was easy to get find and close to great beaches. Close to restaurants, loved Miso Phat sushi! Would definitely stay here again.

Aloha and welcome to our home!

We are a family of 4, Elizabeth, Roman, Nick and Dominic. We live in Vancouver, Canada and our boys were born in Vancouver, but we are primarily from Poland! When we moved to Canada in 1990, we both worked two jobs while attending schools and aspired to one day explore the world. As a family, we’ve travelled all across Europe, to South America and to South-East Asia! We had a great time exploring and learning different cultures, and are looking forward to our next family getaway. To us, family is our core value which has brought us to own this home in Maui. Our first family vacation was to Oahu, and there we learned the importance of family and togetherness. We believe in moments that build connections, strengthen relationships, and moments that bring friends and family closer together.
As our children get older, we wanted to have a ‘home away from home’ where we can reconnect as a family through relaxation, happiness, and laughter. This experience is what we hope to share with you here.

Our condo is just steps away from the beach known as Pohaku Beach Park. Locals often find their way there for "pau hana" (after work) relaxation as the sunset from this location is one you don’t want to miss.

Kahana Beach is a very popular beach for locals and water sports enthusiasts. Beautiful, long, two-mile sandy beach with incredible views of the West Maui Mountains. Among the best kiteboarding and windsurfing on the planet! Full facilities, camping, fishing, canoeing, surfing and family gatherings/picnicking. Only a few minutes’ walk from our condo!

Spend time with your family and friends in the living room with a 58” TV. Sit down on the sectional sofa, make yourself a drink and turn on TV or browse the net. Or go to the lanai and see the sunset!
The sofa can turn into a queen bed.
If you need to cool down the condo you have a powerful air conditioner which comes with a remote control. There is a Google Mini for you to use. Go ahead and say out loud, “hey Google, play some Hawaiian music” or “hey Google, what’s the weather like for tomorrow?”.
Our brand new kitchen offers everything you need to cook your meal. We have all the pots and pans, utensil, glasses, a coffee maker, toaster and more. There is a brand-new range, fridge with an ice maker, and a microwave oven.
After long day relax on a king size bed and sleep in to a nice breeze coming in to your bedroom. Just say “hey Google, good night” so you can listen to calm and soothing sounds.
Wash off your day in our fully renovated bathroom behind a glass barn door shower.

Stay connected with high speed internet and surf as much as you want, stream video, download files, upload your favorite photos from the island or FaceTime with your family and friends. Just connect to our WI-FI and have fun!
