Seagull Condominiums unit 107 is a beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 bath 1st floor level vacation rental. Catch a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or from the private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed and there are two full sized beds in the second bedroom. Tile throughout the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate all of your cooking needs. Condo sleeps 6. Updated pictures coming soon.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

Great Beach Location

Very clean and everything worked. Great beach access. Nice for a couple or family of 4. Beautiful kitchen.

Abslutely Fabulous!

What a gorgeous place! And away from the hustle and bustle of the busy beaches. The front desk staff was great and you can't beat being right on the beach. We're already planning our next trip.

Beach at your door!

Awesome Beach view even in this firs floor level unit. And walking out to the beach was quick, with umbrellas and chairs readily available and set up by the Staff. Great getaway!

Great for family

Loved how we could walk out back door and be on beach in a minute. Made it so easy with young children. Didn’t notice there were no bathtubs, but taking a shower for kids made bedtime process even faster. Especially loved the property provided tents and chairs at beach!

Lovely condo. Friendly and highly efficient staff

Every request was met with enthusiasm by the staff. Property is well maintained and landscaped. Enjoyed the view thru the floor to ceiling windows. Nice bathroom with storage space. Well equipped kitchen.

Great Stay

Customer service was wonderful before we ever arrived. As we arrived, the condo was clean and had the beach views the listing boasted. Access to the beach was direct from our building and the amenities were incredible. Would definitely stay again.

DECEIVING

We rented this unit based on it's online presence, One King and two Queens in the second bedroom! When we arrived there was only one Queen in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room! I would never have rented that unit because of our dynamic with small children! The manager Miller was not helpful at all! In fact she lied to us saying she "would take care of us"! We received a $54.00 credit! Felt totally deceived because we had to address it and she wouldn't return our calls or come meet us at the unit as the front desk said she would!

I assure you if I was notified of your calls or even the fact that you requested to see me , rest assure this would of happened and I will make Front Desk aware of this matter, so it will not happen again. Just lovely

We booked this last minute and have to say we were super pleased with everything. The condo complex was clean, the pool beautiful, and the access to the beach was short and quick. Our unit was on the 1st floor and the view of the ocean was still amazing. Our daughters (21 and 14) even said we should come back to Port Aransas and specifically, to this unit. It had everything we needed, was clean, updated - just a nice getaway!! We would definitely recommend!

Spring Escape

What a breath of fresh air!!!! It was perfect. The view is incredible, so is the access to the beach. Showers and access get no better than where this condo is located n positioned! Ideal for families with little ones. Wish they had a Keurig! Does have coffee maker but bring your own coffee! Bedding such as comforters would have been more welcoming. Showers updated n beautiful! Everything you need is supplied! Love the extra patio! Have all beach toys, surf brds, loungers available to you. Wonderful!
