This apartment was very nice, very clean, and in a great location. It had everything you could possibly need. The hosts Nicola and Maria Teresa were definitely the best. We had an issue with the taxi driver we used to get to the apartment from the airport and Nicola came right out and helped us resolve the issue. When we entered the apartment they showed us around and thoroughly reviewed everything with us. I definitely would recommend this apartment when visiting Milan. We stayed four nights in September 2026.

Maria Teresa and Nicola were very accommodating and gave fantastic recommendations for Milan. Ristorante Da Oscar was excellent (3 min walk from the apartment). The apartment has great sound proofing despite being on a busy street. All the necessary amenities were available and communication with the hosts was seamless. It’s a perfectly located apartment close to the metro and tram (roughly 20 min walk from Milano Centrale). I will note that there is only 1 shower. I highly recommend taking the tram to get to Milano Centrale from this apartment as calling a taxi proved difficult.

We loved staying at this apartment. Very well located. The area has lots of shops and restaurants and a 30 min walk to the Duomo or couple of metro stations forward. The metro station is right in front of the building. The apartment is very spacious and everything was modern and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Maria Teresa, the host, was very helpful throughout the entire process, always helping and answering our questions. She was there to greet us during check in and to explain some things for the apartment. She also gave us lots of tips for the area and for restaurants. She also has a binder inside the property with lots of useful information for the area. We had a car and there is a car garage just couple blocks away. We would definitely book it again.

Wonderful location with subway just outside the door but very quiet inside! The metal shutters operate well to block out light and noise. The host was very pleasant and helpful and the rooms are well equipped .

Kim and her family were wonderful guests. Communication was easy and pleasant throughout their stay, and they treated the apartment with great care. They left the apartment very clean and tidy, and we would be delighted to host them again in the future. Highly recommended guests!

Location was great and the apartment was perfect for our 2 week vacation in Milan. Maria Theresa and Nicola were also super and incredibly helpful both before we arrived and also during our stay.We look forward to coming back.

This darling little flat was just perfect for our needs. The hosts are adorable--it's obvious they love meeting new people. It was very clean. The elevator is small, but works just fine.

The property was perfectly situated to get around easily. Nicola was a very thoughtful host. He and Maria Theresa had thought of every detail from a traveler’s perspective. Check in was seamless. Nicola even showed us a fabulous coffee and pastry shop very close by. Highly recommend.

The apartment was listed as two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a separate dinning area. There was one bathroom and one toilet in the laundry room. And the one shower had no place to hold, soap ,shampoo or anything else. There was one bedroom and one living area with a pull out sofa as the second bedroom, which meant there was no living area for two couples to sit , and talk or watch TV OR just relax in comfort. The dedicated dining area was a wooden table in the kitchen with 4 plastic chairs, two of which were broken.But worst of all was that it was advertised as elevator accessibility. However it has 8 stairs to get to the elevator which makes it NOT handicap accessible. And for one of the four of us it was a great struggle to get up the stairs each day and barely get his walker into the extremely narrow elevator. We paid for an apartment for 4 and got was really only comfortable for 2 . And if one of the persons had a wheelchair or a wider walk we would have not been able to use the apartment at all.

We would like to clarify a few important points for future guests, as our property's layout is accurately described in our listing, which has proudly earned over 100 maximum-score reviews. Disappointingly, a strict evaluation has fallen on our management due to a lack of preliminary verification. We have never advertised the property as fully wheelchair or handicap accessible, and we always appreciate it when guests with specific mobility restrictions contact us prior to booking so we can guide them toward the best choice. The apartment features a master bedroom and a spacious living area with a high-quality pull-out sofa (by a leading manufacturer of sofa beds worldwide), a standard and comfortable configuration for up to four guests. Regarding the bathrooms, Vrbo's automated icons can sometimes be misleading: as specified in our written description, the property offers one full bathroom and a highly convenient second half-bathroom which is extremely useful for groups of four. Regarding the elevator, the building is equipped with one, but like all historic downtown buildings, it requires stepping up some initial stairs to reach it. Lastly, the wooden table and chairs are curated pieces of interior design, not casual items. We were completely unaware of any damage to the chairs, which was likely caused by previous guests who failed to report it. We have already replaced them to restore the flawless standards we always provide."

Maria Teresa and her husband, Nicola, were very welcoming and accommodating. They provided us with many different activities we could do and sights we could see as it was our first time in Milan. The facilities were amazing and exceptionally clean. We were shown how to use all the appliances during check in and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. Our stay was wonderful I definitely recommend anyone considering visiting Milan to stay here.

Olivia and her friend Lily were truly wonderful guests. They were the youngest guests we have ever hosted, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were respectful, kind, and very responsible throughout their stay. They left the apartment clean and tidy and followed all the house rules carefully. Communication was excellent — they were proactive, thoughtful, and always kept us informed. It was a real pleasure hosting them, and we would gladly welcome them back anytime. Highly recommended!

I need to start with, this was an excellent place except it was not a two full bath as described. We were two couples sharing this space and each wanted our own shower and bathroom. There is not a second shower as listed. A toilet and laundry sink were the second bathroom. The location could not be better! The host, AMAZING! Fully loaded kitchen that we prepared several meals in! Beautiful property only missing the second full bath.

Our host (Maria) was wonderful. Great communication timeliness. Was there to meet us and spent time explaining how everything worked, places to see, and where to eat. A delightful host. Apartment was spotless and had all the amenities that a couple would need for a stay.

We loved loved, loved the property. It was in a perfect location for us to catch the metro and head all over Milan. Our host was gracious and very informative and met us at the apartment. Nicolo was so friendly and accommodating. He met us in the apartment to give us an orientation of the apartment. He gave us recommendations on restaurants and transportation. There is a very thorough guest instruction booklet with all the information needed for the apartment and local area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet, It has modern upgraded decor with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. It is a perfect location on the same block as the metro and trolley for quick access to train station, Duomo and historical district. Perfecto.

The apartment was well appointed and immaculately clean. There was everything you ever needed at your disposal. The location was brilliant and although in a busy area at night with the shutters closed quiet and best sleeps ever on our comfortable beds. Super host so friendly and welcoming and super accommodating. Definitely highly recommended.

Wonderful neighborhood, beautiful, cozy, and clean

This property was so perfect for our family. It is beautifully maintained and Maria Teresa is a dear, lovely person who wants to make your stay perfect. Don't give it a second thought, book it and tell Maria Teresa we miss her.

Maria Teresa and Nicola were in contact with us a few days before our arrival. Communications and directions were clear, and they were so friendly. They had lots of local tips and suggestions for us, as well as leaving us with water, juice, coffee and tea. The apartment was great, exactly as pictured, clean, tonnes of restaurants, pubs and transit nearby. Busy part of town, but really quiet with the windows closed. Great place, excellent hosts, would love to stay again.

A Fabulous Apartment in Milan

This apartment was just perfect. 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, lots of light, well equipped kitchen , washing machine and a great location all made our stay wonderful. Maria Teresa, the owner met us and showed us around the apartment. She also made a restaurant reservation for us. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Milan!

Had the most wonderful stay in Milan. Teresa and Nicole were fantastic hosts. The apartment was so clean, newly remodeled and just perfect. The location was incredible and easy to get to everything. The air conditioner worked great.Before our stay, Teresa answered all our questions promptly and kindly. They are such a sweet couple. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.Thanks for the great memories!

Wonderful Stay in Milan

The host was very friendly, communitive, and very helpful during our stay. Everything was as advertised and expected and we made use of the espresso machine and washing machine. We also visited two great restaurants nearby and made daily use of the Porta Venezia metro station. Perfect location and stay for us and recommend for a stay in Milan. Grazie!

Great Stay!

Maria Teresa & Marco are fabulous hosts! They went above and beyond making sure our stay was comfortable-they even did laundry for us since the washer had broken right before we checked in AND found us a tailor when we need some mending! They thoughtfully stocked everything we might need during our stay. The apartment is located in a very nice area and close to the subway. We had a very comfortable stay and we'll definitely stay here on our next visit.

You have good taste if…

Congratulations! You are about to make an excellent decision if you are lucky enough to rent this property. Excellent location with amenities all around and metro just outside the door. Our host was wonderful and went out of her way to make our stay great.
