FH3 is located on the 2nd row next to the bank in Springs Dock Marina. Check out the pictures from front porch and side swimming deck!

If you love the water, why leave at the end of a wonderful day? In a floating house, you can wake up to the smell of fresh coffee brewing and the soft lull of the lake..

Our 'Floating Holiday' offers you all the comforts of home, with a view of paradise. All the things you love about Norris Lake just outside your door!

Start your day on the front porch watching the sun work its way through the morning fog. End your day watching the stars dance above the hills. What happens in between is entirely up to you! You can go boating, swimming, fishing, tubing, kayaking, skiing, or just sit on the porch and relax. FH3 has 1 Jet Ski port.

Chill out in one of our Four Queen-Size Private Bedrooms. Two Bathrooms means NO WAITING. Prepare gourmet meals in the Fully Equipped Kitchen or grill burgers on the Gas Grill.

Enjoy your 'Floating Holiday' entertainment choices, TV, DVD, and Music systems are provided. So bring your CD's MP3 players and favorite movies to enjoy.

It’s great being able to tie up your boat to your house and forget about it for the night. Boat is required to access house. There is no walkway to the house from land.

Just Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience staying on a floating house. We had the best time and Mary was super sweet making sure we had everything we needed. Would love to stay again!!

Wonderful experience!

The property is just as expected! Mary was responsive with our questions and our family absolutely loved the Floating House experience! It was convenient for the entire family! We will definitely be coming back!

Very very impressed with the property and the host of this property. When we go to Norris, which is every year, we will always return to this host and their places. They are the best by far.

Fun 4 night stay right on the water

The floating house was a first for us. Having the clear water available for a quick swim off the diving board/slide and fishing from the covered area made it so nice and different than previous lake trips. So much better than a houseboat. We were concerned that we'd be too close to other houses, but once there it didn't feel that way at all. The home itself was well furnished, clean, and had everything we needed.

Floating House that has it all!

We were so pleasantly surprised to find so many 'water toys' that we could use when we arrived at our floating house. Mary truly has thought of everything that you might need or want! She even called us to let us know of a potential traffic backup on our way to the property. We will definitely be back!!

Thank you! We love seeing other families enjoy the lake and our happy places! When our kids were small, my husband said we saved $100 a day in gas staying on the floating houses. The kids would play in the lake with the diving board, slide and toys for hours instead of always wanting to be running the boat.

We enjoyed our stay so very much . It was much more than we expected . Bob & Mary went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing . Great people , great houseboat . Many good memories were created . Too many amazing things to list so I’m just going to say we highly recommend this location & houseboat .

Great time on the lake

The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. We loved being ON the lake with easy access to the boat and swimming right off the front porch. The kids made friends at another floating house nearby and used the provided paddleboat as go from house to house ;) Really fun!

Great property. Great agent/owner. Plenty of water toys for the kids. Very clean & spacious.

We had a great time. Great location near Springs Dock. Kids loved it. Adults loved it. Looked brand new. Spacious inside and outside. Great covered patio. We definitely hope to come back to this location.

Outstanding property

This floating house was amazing. Being able to tie up to the house and jump straight into the water was great. Everything was sparkling clean, and the house was well stocked. There were lots of nice bonuses with the house, and you could tell a lot of love and attention goes into the property.

July 4th weekend

The house was more than equipped- Everything was thought of! Kayaks, floats, the kitchen had everything! Mary was quick to respond and I feel we were pretty needy with information. We had the best time and the best location to watch the fireworks. Great experience!

Immaculate property, phenomenal time

The property is immaculately maintained and the property manager is first class. We had a phenomenal time while there and very much appreciated their hospitality.

We are a family that enjoys being together, especially on the water. We have enjoyed Norris Lake for over 20 years.

We love to be near water. So, Norris Lake is a very special place for us. We have made many memories here over the years, and plan to make many more. We hope you enjoy our homes and make many memories with your family and friends that will last a lifetime.

We have enjoyed nesting in our vacation homes. Bob keeps busy making some nice improvements and we are always adding our own little touches to the houses.

We have really enjoyed meeting our guests and making new friends. Many of our guests have spent more time in the house than we have!

We have been coming to Norris Lake for many years. My father introduced us to this lake in 2001. It has been in our hearts and vacation plans ever since.

The natural beauty, crystal clear water, and the friendly people we meet here keep us coming back, year after year. There is nowhere else we would rather invest our money and our time.

Time doesn't seem to exist on the lake. Your day is what you make of it. Leave your troubles and stress behind. A Floating Holiday is truly a break from the world.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The people at Springs Dock are some of the friendliest people we've met. The other homeowners are great to get to know and are very welcoming.

The marina and their staff have all the amenities we need, and some of the best prices we have found on the lake.

The view from our 'Floating Holiday' just can't be beat. Sitting on the porch, we look at untouched forestland and miles of crystal-clear water stretching out in both directions.
