In the living area there are a 3 seat sofa and a loveseat. For your entertainment there is a flat panel HDTV with digital TV service and WiFi internet. Each bedroom sports its own Smart TV where you could watch your favourite streaming service (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc) as well as PlutoTV, featuring tens of free entertainment and news channels, all in the comfort of your bed.

The building is very conveniently placed steps away from the clubhouse and the heated (if needed) water pool. The condo is placed at a perfect distance from the pool/barbecue area so whatever little noise might be issued from there is completely dampened by the time it reaches your windows.

Across the street there is a "Publix" supermarket. 24/7 Walmart is 5 min driving down S Missouri Ave. "Abe's Place Tap & Grill" restaurant is right next door and the bus stop right in front.
