New walk in showers, new kitchen, new giant couch that could sleep 2 additional people if needed. Condo has a 30 DAY MINIMUM and hasnt been available for a couple years so give it a try. My pictures don't do the place justice but they are all I have. Place looks good! Our home has a kitchen, living room, a master bedroom and bath and second bedroom with larger bathroom in hall all are decorated in old MarcoFlorida style with a touch of Italy. Watch Dolphins play in the river, see great sunrises over the mangroves and enjoy a special place with friendly neighbors. Fully furnished and set up for fishing, going to the beach or the condos new pool or exploring the nearby Everglades. I have left a couple fishing poles, shrimp bucket to use, there are beach chairs and a cooler to use. Condo has been recently remodeled and updated, has wifi and a roku TV. New mini split HVAC system. It's a great place.
That being said the place has 2 walk in showers with a grab bar in each. New kitchen but no dishwasher. Fantastic views out the front and easy access parking in the rear. Only available due to owner commitment out of town.
Within walking distance of the Snook Inn and other great bars and restaurants in Old Marco and shopping. we are located on the quiet west side of our complex and offer convenient back door parking. Heated pool, shared grills, fishing pier, laundry rooms and more. 2 bicycles in rack. Beach a few miles down the road and off the island to the east is one million acres of the Everglades. Naples and shopping is west off the island.
High speed internet and roku TV in living room. We have a TV in master bedroom. Kitchen with everything you need. Better suited for 2 to 4 guests. $125 cleaning charge. It's a piece of paradise.Thank you
